    摘要: A dynamic platform with extending struts has fastened thereto a bi-directional torsional power unit to selectively deliver force opposing either extension or flexion, and to provide assistance in a respective opposite direction. The power unit is threadably mounted on a hinge pin (spline) centrally located on the platform, and is latched to a catch assembly radially located thereto, the hinge pin of the platform communicating with one end of a torsion spring of the power unit and the catch assembly communicating with another end of the torsion spring, to selectively deliver the extension/flexion force. The power unit can be detached, with simple manual operation of the catch assembly, without tools, flipped over and reattached to the same platform attachment points to switch (reverse) extension torque to flexion torque and vice versa.

The torque transmission mechanism includes a driving member being driven by the motor, a driven member for driving a load to rotate along a predetermined direction, and a connecting device comprising a resilient member and a damping member. The resilient member includes one end connected to the driving member and the other end connected to the driven member. The damping member is coated on or attached over the resilient member, or filled in a gap of the resilient member, or the resilient member is made from a damping material in order to reduce noise produced by the resilient member.

The spiral forming step is configured to control the position of the pressing member with respect to the second direction, while recognizing, based on a signal from a rotational speed sensor for detecting the rotational speed of the conveying roller, a relationship between a position in the longitudinal direction of the elongated member that is engaged with the pressing member and the position in the circumferential direction after the spiral body is formed.

    摘要: An insulator apparatus includes a deformable insulator body made of a foam material, a self-coiling spring strip secured to the deformable insulator body, and a deformable decorative sheet disposed on the deformable insulator body. The deformable decorative sheet has a base layer that is made of a material of paper or plastics, and a pattern layer disposed on the base layer. A coiling action of the self-coiling spring strip results in conversion of the insulator apparatus from a straight state to a bent state. At the bent state, the deformable decorative sheet completely covers the deformable insulator body and the self-coiling spring strip.

    摘要: The spring box contains a base piece, a front plate, a back plate, a rotational piece, and a torsion spring. The base piece and the front and back plates have aligned through holes. A radial gap is configured on the rim of the base piece. The rotational piece has a curved sliding element along a section of the circumference. The sliding element has a groove, a weight block configured at one end of the sliding element, and a notch at the other end. The rotation piece is placed in the through hole of the base piece. The two ends of the torsion spring are embedded in the gap and the notch. The rotational and base pieces are sandwiched between the front and back plates. Then, by the weight of the weight block and the resilience of the torsion spring, a door handle is restored to its default position after being turned.
