Provided are a latex for dip molding, a composition for dip molding, a preparation method of a dip molded product, and a dip molded product prepared thereby. The latex for dip molding includes a conjugated diene monomer, an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer, and an ethylenically unsaturated acid monomer, wherein the latex further includes sodium methallyl sulfonate as a copolymerizable ionic monomer. A dip molded product having excellent tensile strength, elongation, and touch may be obtained from a composition using the latex according to the present invention, and the generation of limitations, such as non-uniformity of physical properties and difficulties in product management, may be prevented.

The present invention relates to a paper coating latex and a paper coating composition containing the same, and more precisely, a paper coating latex comprising 0.001-10 weight part of cyclo-oligosaccharide compound to 100 weight part of styrene-butadiene latex and a paper coating composition containing the same. According to the present invention, latex petrochemical odors generated during coating processes by non-reacted monomers and volatile organic compounds remaining in the latex can be eliminated without reducing polymerization productivity and latex stability. Therefore, the present invention provides an odorless paper coating latex, a paper coating composition containing the paper coating latex and an inorganic pigment, and a paper coated with the paper coating composition.

The present invention provides a latex resin composition for rubber gloves without sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator and a method of manufacturing dip-formed article using the composition. The composition comprises a conjugated diene monomer; an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer; an ethylenically unsaturated acid monomer; an ethylenically unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer and the ethylenically unsaturated acid monomer; and a reactive compound including two or more reactive groups. According to the manufacturing method, productivity is improved by omitting a long maturation process included in a traditional glove manufacturing process; not only an adverse effect caused by traditional sulfur and vulcanization accelerator is reduced but also rubber gloves with excellent physical properties can be provided.

The styrene-butadiene latex according to the present invention is characterized by having a superior adhesive force as the formation of films at an early stage is promoted by adjusting the gel content and molecular weight of the outermost layer, as well as a fast ink-drying speed and a high air permeability as the formation of paper films is maintained. It may be applied to paper coating very stably since the mechanical stability and chemical stability of the latex are superior.

A carboxylic acid-modified nitrile copolymer latex is provided. The copolymer latex comprises a carboxylic acid-modified nitrile copolymer of an unsaturated monomer having at least one crosslinkable functional group selected from vinyl and epoxy groups. The use of the copolymer latex enables the production of a molded article that does not undergo long stirring and maturation, causes no allergic reactions due to the absence of sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator, has good oil resistance and high mechanical strength, and produces a soft feeling. Further provided is a latex composition for dip forming comprising the copolymer latex, and an article produced from the latex composition by dip forming.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a styrene-butadiene latex, more particularly to a method for preparing a styrene-butadiene latex comprising the steps of adding a transition boosting agent to a styrene-butadiene copolymer, stirring the mixture and deodorizing the product. The present invention relates to styrene-butadienie latex, specifically a method of preparing latex for coating paper which shows excellent adhesion while maintaining printing property and comprised in a composition for coating paper. To achieve the object of the present invention, it provides a method of preparing styrene-butadiene latex comprising the step of emulsion polymerization by adding 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of chain transfer agent comprising; i) monofunctional thiol compound, and ii) polyfunctional thiol compound having at least two thiol groups based on 100 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene monomer composition. The latex prepared by the present method can easily control molecular weight and gel content, so that polymerization stability and mechanical stability are improved and thus, it is possible to print paper with high speed and to improve adhesion.
