Abstract: A motor controller for pulse heating of a power battery. The motor controller includes an inverter circuit, the inverter circuit includes three switching transistor bridge arms, two ends of each switching transistor bridge arm are respectively configured to connect to positive and negative electrodes of the power battery through a direct current bus, and bridge arm midpoints of the three switching transistor bridge arms are separately configured to connect to a three-phase winding of a motor. The bridge arm midpoints of the three switching transistor bridge arms are configured to output a three-phase current, the three-phase current is used to generate a pulse alternating current on the direct current bus, and the pulse alternating current is used to heat the power battery. A current of each phase of the three-phase current is a unipolar triangular wave, and a sum of the three-phase current is zero.

Abstract: A power module includes a first power semiconductor chip, a first temperature sensor, a first diode chip, and a first circuit board. The first power semiconductor chip includes a first output electrode. The first temperature sensor is located inside the first power semiconductor chip, a first cathode of the first temperature sensor is electrically connected to the first output electrode. The first diode chip is electrically connected to the first power semiconductor chip, and a voltage is generated between the first output electrode and the first cathode when the first diode chip generates a reverse recovery current. The first circuit board is configured to obtain a first voltage difference between the first output electrode and the first cathode, to obtain a temperature of the first diode chip. The power module in this application can accurately and quickly detect temperatures of the first power semiconductor chip and the first diode chip.

Abstract: A protection apparatus includes an interface, a protection switch, a direct current bus, and a controller. The apparatus is connected to at least two photovoltaic units via the interface, the at least two photovoltaic units are coupled to the direct current bus inside the apparatus to form at least two branches, and each branch is connected to at least one photovoltaic unit. The protection switch is configured to disconnect all or some of the photovoltaic units from the direct current bus, to enable a maximum of three photovoltaic units to be directly connected in parallel. According to the apparatus, a photovoltaic unit and a line are protected with a low power loss when a photovoltaic inverter is faulty.

Abstract: A temperature control apparatus and a temperature control system include at least one liquid storage device for storing liquid, at least two liquid supply devices, and a controller. Each liquid supply device is connected to the at least one liquid storage device through a first multiport valve to obtain liquid and is connected to a temperature regulating device through a second multiport valve. The controller is configured to control the first multiport valve and the second multiport valve that are connected to the controller to be conducted or not to be conducted. When the first multiport valve and the second multiport valve are conducted, each liquid supply device outputs the obtained liquid to the temperature regulating device. The temperature regulating device regulates a temperature of the liquid injected by each liquid storage device, and then supplies the liquid to at least one battery system.

The controller is configured to send a switch-off signal to the switch assembly when the external direct current source or the power device is faulty. The power converter provided can resolve a problem of a short circuit occurring during condensation.
