摘要: The present disclosure relates to the synthesis of a poly (alkyl-co-aryl piperidinium) polymer, which has no aryl-ether bond in the polymer backbone, contains an aliphatic chain in a repeating unit and has a piperidinium group introduced therein, and to the preparation of an anion exchange membrane and a composite membrane using the same. The anion exchange membrane and the composite membrane according to the present disclosure have superior alkaline stability and mechanical properties and very high ion conductivity. Furthermore, they reduce the phenyl adsorption effect of an electrode catalyst and exhibit high water permeability and power density as well as excellent durability. Thus, they can be applied to membranes and binders for alkaline fuel cells or water electrolysis.

The IZO material film manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate; reacting a first precursor, which comprises indium (In), and a first reactant, which comprises plasma, thereby forming, on the substrate, a first material film comprising indium oxide; and reacting a second precursor, which comprises zinc (Zn), and a second reactant, which comprises plasma, thereby forming, on the first material film, a second material film comprising zinc oxide, and may comprise performing, multiple times, each of the step of forming the first material film and the step of forming the second material film, and controlling the proportion of the number of repetitions of the step of forming the second material film to the number of repetitions of the step of forming the first material film, thereby controlling the crystal growth of an IZO material film in which the first material film and the second material film are stacked.

摘要: The present invention relates to a transistor based on a compact drain and hetero-material structure. The transistor according to one embodiment includes substrates including a buried oxide (BOX) layer and active layers formed on the buried oxide layer; an insulating layer formed on the substrates; and electrode layers formed on the insulating layer and including a drain electrode, a gate electrode, and a source electrode. The active layers include a first semiconductor layer corresponding to a drain region, a second semiconductor layer corresponding to a channel region, and a third semiconductor layer corresponding to a source region. The first semiconductor layer is formed to be thinner than the second semiconductor layer, and the third semiconductor layer is formed of a material having a band gap lower than that of the second semiconductor layer.

摘要: A temperature-responsive hydrophilic-hydrophobic conversion surface has a surface property that is hydrophobic at a low temperature and is converted to be hydrophilic when the temperature rises. Accordingly, by applying the conversion surface to the fins of a heat exchanger, frost formation can be delayed in a low temperature environment due to the hydrophobicity, and remaining meltwater can be easily dried due to the conversion of the surface from hydrophobic to hydrophilic when the temperature is raised for defrosting. Therefore, the surface property of the fins of a heat exchanger is automatically converted according to the temperature and exhibits only favorable advantages at respective temperatures, so that heat transfer performance and power efficiency of the heat exchange can be effectively improved.

摘要: The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide-generating micelle. In the present invention, a micelle which uses a material with high biocompatibility and has a multi-arm structure capable of generating a large amount of carbon dioxide is produced, and thus, a greater amount of carbon dioxide can be generated, as compared to conventional polyethylene glycol-based micelles. In addition, in the present invention, intracellular penetration is improved by using a ligand (peptide), and thus, it is possible to target adipocytes and minimize effects on surrounding tissues and cells. The carbon dioxide-generating micelle according to the present invention can be produced as an injectable preparation, and can be applied to local lipolysis supplements or diet and beauty products that break down localized fat.
