The method comprises preparing a polyurethane solution by dissolving polyurethane in an organic solvent, producing an electrospinning solution by adding far infrared ray emitting particles, antibacterial inorganic particles, and deodorization inorganic particles to the polyurethane solution, and electrospinning the electrospinning solution to form the nano-fiber non-woven fabric.     摘要: A vehicle roof headliner which includes a back panel and a skin panel attached onto the back panel through a thermoforming process. The skin panel includes: an adhesive sheet serving as a medium of attaching the skin panel onto the back panel; an cushion sheet which is adhered on the adhesive sheet and is more flexible than the back panel; a cloth adhered on the cushion sheet; and a nanofiber unwoven fabric which is provided on a side of the cloth facing the cushion sheet, which is prepared by electrospinning a spinning solution containing a far infrared emitting material on the side of the cloth and which is melted during the thermoforming process and thus bonded with fiber tissues of the cloth. The vehicle roof headliner contributes to the improvement in health of vehicle passengers because it has excellent far infrared emission capability.

    摘要: There are provided a multilayer wiring board and a method of manufacturing the same. The multilayer wiring board according to an aspect of the invention may include: a main body having a plurality of insulting layers stacked upon each other, including a first layer provided as an inner layer and a second layer provided as an outer layer; a first resistor provided on the first layer; and a second resistor provided on the second layer, connected in parallel with the first resistor, and having a smaller area than the first resistor. The multilayer wiring board obtains a target resistance value using the first and second resistors formed on the first and second layers. The second resistor, formed on the outer layer, can have a smaller area than the first resistor. Accordingly, the usable area of the outer layer is increased to thereby reduce the size of the multilayer wiring board.

The method of repairing a probe card includes: in a board body composed of a sintered ceramic having first and second pillar surfaces disposed at a position opposed to each other, preparing the board body including a plurality of main channels for electrically connecting a first pad formed on the first pillar surface to a second pad formed on a second pillar surface and reserved channels disposed to be adjacent to the main channels to repair to damaged main channels; when the main channels are damaged; removing the first and second pads formed in the main channels and the reserved channels; forming cavities by partially removing the board between the damaged main channels and the reserved channels adjacent to the main channel; and forming repair connection parts in the cavities in order to electrically connect the damaged main channels to the reserved channels adjacent thereto.

    摘要: A built-in microwave oven is provided, installed in the kitchen furniture as an integral part of the furniture. In the microwave oven, a suction grille and an exhaust grille are provided on the front wall of the external casing, and so cooling air is sucked and discharged through the front wall of the casing. Upper and lower heaters are installed within the casing, with an upper inside air passage formed around the upper heater that guide an air current formed by an upper heater cooling fan, and another air passage is formed around the lower heater that guides an air current formed by a lower heater cooling fan. The inflow air from the suction grille is partially and directly guided to the exhaust grille so as to be mixed with hot air from the upper and lower heaters prior to being discharged from the external casing to the atmosphere through the exhaust grille. Therefore, the exhaust air from the exhaust grille is preferably reduced in its temperature to a proper low point.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing nano-fiber non-woven fabrics is provided. The method comprises preparing a polyurethane solution by dissolving polyurethane in an organic solvent, producing an electrospinning solution by adding far infrared ray emitting particles, antibacterial inorganic particles, and deodorization inorganic particles to the polyurethane solution, and electrospinning the electrospinning solution to form the nano-fiber non-woven fabric. The antibacterial inorganic particles may be obtained by impregnating a zirconium-based carrier with silver ions.
