摘要: The invention relates to an aquaculture basket (10) including a top basket part (20), a bottom basket part (30) and at least one door (40). The top and bottom basket pans (20, 30) include connection means (22, 24) for connecting the top and bottom basket parts (20, 30) together. The top and bottom basket parts (20, 30) are interchangeable so as to reduce manufacture costs and to make assembly of the basket (10) easier. The top basket part (10), bottom basket part (20) and the at least one door (40) form an enclosure for housing an aquaculture product. The basket (10) typically includes a door (40) at either end of the basket (10). The top and bottom basket parts (20, 30) are typically identical in construction. The invention also relates to an aquaculture basket attachment system. The attachment system including a connection area (32) integrally formed with or connectable to the basket (10) and a connection member (50) arranged for attachment to the connection area (32). The connection area (32) includes a plurality of connection parts arranged so that the connection member (50) can be attached to the connection area (32) in one or more alternative positions whereby the aquaculture basket (10) can be attached to a support line (100) or other part by means of the connection member (50).

摘要: The invention relates to a method for cultivating cells of the most diverse type, particularly human or animal cells. According to the invention, a culture is prepared from cells of at least one specified type in a defined environment, and the cells of the relevant culture are supplied with assigned, liquid nutrient media, growth factors, gases and the like. A combination of the following method steps is provided: a) preparing at least one cell culture inside at least one cell culture chamber (20) of a cell culture system (30); b) starting a flow of freely selectable, liquid media into the at least one cell culture chamber (20) in order to continuously supply the at least one cell culture; c) starting a flow of different gases with freely selectable concentrations into the at least one cell culture chamber (20) in order to effect a constant and continuous gassing of the at least one cell culture; d) effecting a regulated or controlled heating of the at least one cell culture chamber (20) in such a manner as to ensure a constant temperature therein over the duration of an experiment; e) carrying out permanent microscopic observation of the at least one cell culture inside the at least one cell culture chamber (20) without removing samples of the cell culture over the duration of an experiment, and; f) permanently measuring all relevant cell culture parameters using corresponding sensors that are integrated inside the at least one cell culture chamber (20).

The spring constant of the elastomer block, which interacts with an additional spring element, can be changed by introducing a control sleeve between the elastomer block and the body of the suspension strut. The elastomer block further is effectively disengaged from the additional spring element when the control sleeve is in a lower end position, so that the spring rate is determined only by the additional spring element.

摘要: A motorcycle is provided with a fork-like wheel carrier, on the lower end of which a front wheel is supported, a handlebar by which the wheel carrier can be steered in a steering direction to the left or the right during travel, and a transmission unit by which the handlebar is coupled to the wheel carrier. The transmission unit is provided for transmitting steering forces, introduced into the handlebar, to the wheel carrier and bringing same into a corresponding steering position. The wheel carrier is mounted so as to be pivotable with respect to the handlebar, such that for a specified steering position, the wheel carrier can be moved, at least over a certain range, relative to the handlebar in the steering direction.
