    摘要: A magnetic plastic rotor disk manufacturing apparatus, includes an injection device for injecting a magnetic plastic material containing a synthetic resin matrix and a magnetic powder; a mold for molding the magnetic plastic material injected thereinto from the injection device, and a device for generating a magnetic field and magnetizing the magnetic powder in a direction along a diameter of the magnetic plastic rotor disks. The mold includes a three-plate type mold constructed of two retainer plates and a single runner stripper plate. One of the retainer plates is formed with a plurality of pin gates corresponding to the cavities so as to supply the magnetic plastic material through the pin gates into the cavities.

    摘要: The apparatus forms an electric circuit on a construction member of a machine based on a set of three-dimensional data. The data defines a position and a profile of the construction member, a position of the electric circuit, and a shape of the electric circuit. The electric circuit is used for electrical connection between electric instruments mounted on the machine. The data is associated with a reference coordinate system provided in the machine, and the data includes coordinates of points for determining arrangement of the electric circuit, a distance between any two of the points adjacent to each other, and a cross-sectional area of the electric circuit associated extended between the two points. The apparatus has a storage means for storing the data, a jet means for jetting a molten metal, a first transfer means for moving the construction member relative to the jet means, and a control means for jetting the molten metal against the construction member to deposit the molten metal and for controlling the relative movement between the construction member and the jet means based on the data. The jet means can jet the molten metal against the construction member so that the molten metal can be deposited on a surface of the construction member to form the electric circuit on the construction member.

    摘要: A magnetic plastic rotor disk manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention is capable of manufacturing a plurality of magnetic plastic rotor disks having equal desired surface magnetic flux density distribution characteristics in a single molding cycle.The apparatus comprises a metal mold composed of a pair of half molds and having a plurality of cavities for receiving magnetic plastic material therein, etiher one or a plurality of magnetic field creating coils for creating one or a plurality of magnetic fields to magnetize and orient the magnetic particles in the above magnetic plastic material injected into the cavities, and also a plurality of yokes, one of which by any means extends from the central portion thereof along the splitting surface of the metal mold toward the above cavities formed on a circle concentrically formed therein so as to guide the magnetic fluxes of the magnetic fields created by the above coils to flow radially from the central portion of the same toward the periphery thereof. Thus, the magnetic plastic rotor disks formed in the cavities are exposed uniformly and diametrically to the magnetic flux, enabling them having a satisfactorily large surface magnetic flux density.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a selective absorption surface of a solar collector in which a coating layer consisting of the predetermined composition of metal oxide is tightly adhered to a substrate having the mirror-like surface in the predetermined thickness. The composition of metal oxide consists of those comprising 0.001 - 0.15 wt % of C, 0.005 - 3.00 wt % of Si, 0.005-10.00 wt % of Mn, 11.00 - 30.00 wt % of Cr, 0.005 - 22.00 wt % of Ni, optionally, 0.75 - 5.00 wt % of Mo and the balance being Fe or those comprising instead of Cr, 0.001 - 5.0 wt % of at least one of metals selected from the group of N, Cu, Al, V, Y, Ti, Nb, Ta, U, Th, W, Zr, and Hf, the atom ratio of Metal/Carbon + additional element being more than 5.0. An acidic oxidation method and an alkaline oxidation method are applied to manufacture oxide of the metal compositions. It has been observed that the superior selective absorption surface showing high energy absorption factor at a wave length of 0.3 - 2.5 .mu.m and low energy radiative factor at a wave length of 3 -50 .mu.m is manufactured by coating said oxide of the metal composition at a thickness of 500 - 2000 A on the base plate having the mirror-like surface of arithmetical mean deviation (Ra) less than 0.07.mu. or ten point height (RZ) less than 0.2.mu. determined according to the method of ISO Recommendation R 468.
