    摘要: A radio frequency amplifier amplifies a modulation signal or its phase modulation signal and outputs the resultant signal. A linear amplifying section adds an output voltage to a power supply voltage supplied to the radio frequency amplifier and negatively feeds back the power supply voltage supplied to the radio frequency amplifier such that the power supply voltage matches the amplitude modulation component of the modulation signal with a predetermined ratio. A control signal generation section detects a direction in which an output current of the linear amplifying section flows and generates a pulse modulation signal according to the direction of the current. A switching amplifying section controls connection and disconnection of a DC current based on the pulse modulation signal as a control signal so as to perform switching amplification for an output signal of the linear amplifying section and supply the resultant signal as the power supply voltage to the radio frequency amplifier. The DC current is supplied to the switching amplifying section.

    摘要: A power amplifier is provided with an AD converter pulse modulating an envelope signal extracted from a high frequency modulation signal; a switching amplifier amplifying an output signal from the AD converter; a low-pass filter removing high frequency noise from an output signal from the switching amplifier; a voltage control device controlling a power supply voltage of the switching amplifier; and a high frequency amplifier amplifying a phase-modulated signal having a constant envelope and having output from the low-pass filter as a power supply. The average power of the envelope signal to be inputted to the AD converter is permitted to be constant so that an input dynamic range of the AD converter can be most efficiently used. In addition the average power of the output signal from the power amplifier is adjusted by a power supply voltage to be supplied to the switching amplifier.

    摘要: Disclosed is a heat treatment apparatus which includes a processing vessel having a furnace throat at its bottom and adapted to accommodate process objects therein to perform a heat treatment to the process objects under reduced pressure, the processing vessel having a vessel main body made of quartz, a metallic lid adapted to support thereon a holder for holding a plurality of process objects so as to load and unload the holder into and from the processing vessel and to close and open the furnace throat, and an annular sealing member disposed on the lid to seal a gap between the lid and the furnace throat. A contact-preventing member is disposed between the lid and the furnace throat to prevent contact of the lid with the furnace throat due to squashing of the sealing member that would otherwise occur when an internal pressure of the processing vessel is reduced.
