摘要： A data processing apparatus is capable of performing at least one of recording operation and playback operation of at least one of image data and audio data. The data processing apparatus includes a storage section for storing identifiers for identification of predetermined operators and fingerprint data of the operators. The identifiers and the fingerprint data are associated with each other. The apparatus further includes an image pickup device for detecting a fingerprint of each operator, an operation section for selecting one of the identifiers stored in the storage section, a fingerprint comparing section for performing comparison to determine whether or not the fingerprint detected by the image pickup device is identical to fingerprint data associated with the identifier selected by the operation section, and a controller for controlling the enabling and disabling of a predetermined operation in accordance with a result of the comparison performed by the fingerprint comparing section.

摘要： A digital fuzzy inference apparatus performs fuzzy inference by time-divisional control. A latch circuit latches an input signal. A parameter storage circuit stores a plurality of sets of parameters for defining membership functions constituting a plurality of fuzzy rules. A parameter switching circuit sequentially and selectively outputs one of the plurality of sets of parameters from the parameter storage circuit in accordance with a clock pulse. Every time one set of parameters are output from the parameter switching circuit, a single operation circuit performs a fuzzy rule operation with respect to the input signal stored in the latch circuit by using a membership function defined by the parameters, and outputs a degree to which the input signal meets the rule. An operation result storage circuit stores the output from the operation circuit at a storage position designated by the output parameters. A center-of-gravity calculator obtains the center of gravity of values stored in the operation result storage circuit when all the fuzzy operations based on the plurality of sets of parameters are completed.

摘要： In an image pickup device of the present invention, at a time of an image capture, electric power is supplied by a voltage boosting section in a light emitting section to allow a speaker to be illuminated by an illuminating section. In a switch operation section and control section, control is made such that, if only a predetermined operation switch is operated, power is supplied to the voltage boosting section to start a voltage boosting operation. An image signal of the speaker picked up by the image pickup section of an image pickup device is converted to a digital signal and, after being encoded by an encoding section, is stored in a predetermined area of a storage section in a form related to a voice signal of the speaker.

摘要： An imaging apparatus of the present invention comprises an elastically-deformative band-like flexible printed-circuit (FPC) board having one end thereof fixed to a lens holding frame 4 supported movably in an optical-axis direction O and capable of electrically connecting the main unit of the imaging apparatus with the lens holding frame, and an FPC board take-up mechanism for fixing and supporting the other end of the FPC board and applying a tension to the FPC board so that the FPC board will not loosen. The FPC board take-up mechanism feeds or winds the FPC board according to advancement or withdrawal of the lens holding frame. Using this apparatus, a space within a lens barrel to be occupied by the FPC board for electrically connecting the main unit with the lens holding frame can be minimized. Furthermore, the present invention can be implemented in an imaging apparatus in which a lens holding frame makes a long stroke.
