    摘要: A real-time measurement is made of the proportions of solid matter and pigment contained in an electrodeposition coating material in an electrodeposition coating material tank. The attenuation of an ultrasonic wave through the electrodeposition coating material and the density and temperature of the electrodeposition coating material are measured, and a real-time measurement is made of the proportions of the solid matter and pigment by means of calculating these proportions on the basis of the measured ultrasonic-wave attenuation, density and temperature. Furthermore, the composition of the electrodeposition coating material is controlled on the basis of the results of said measurement.

    摘要: A wire forming device for applying a paste material on an insulating substrate to form a wiring pattern. The wire forming device includes a paste material application unit which includes an atomizing unit atomizing the paste material and a nozzle spraying the atomized paste material onto the insulating substrate. The atomizing unit includes: a medium supplying portion which mixes a medium with a carrier gas to form a mixed gas and an atomizing portion. The atomizing portion holds the paste material and brings the mixed gas into contact with the paste material to atomize the paste material, thereby making a mist stream of the mixed gas and the paste material as the atomized paste material fed to the nozzle. The wire forming further includes a mixing ratio adjusting unit adjusting a mixing ratio of the paste material to the mixed gas in the mist stream.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for forming a matted multicolor pattern coating film having a 60 degree specular gloss of 10 or less by spray-coating and baking plural coating materials having different colors on a moving strip coated article, wherein the above respective coating materials are shrunk matted coating film-forming coating materials each comprising (A) a hydroxyl group-containing organic resin, (B) a low nuclidic methylated melamine resin, (C) a reaction mixture of 1 mole of a sulfonic acid compound and 1.5 mole or more of an amine compound and (D) a color pigment; and in carrying out spray coating, two or more spray-coating apparatuses having two or more coating material-discharging nozzles are used, and coating materials having coating colors which are different from each other are discharged from at least two coating material-discharging nozzles of the above respective spray-coating apparatuses to form a plural number of unit plural color spray patterns in which the above coating materials having different coating colors are present in a mixture.
