摘要: A vehicle power-supply control device has a battery charger that converts an externally-supplied AC voltage into a DC voltage used to charge a vehicle high-voltage battery, a low-voltage power generator that converts the DC voltage output from the battery charger into a DC voltage used to drive a vehicle auxiliary machine, and a controller that controls the battery charger and the low-voltage power generator. The battery charger includes a power factor correction circuit that corrects a power factor of the AC voltage and a first DC/DC converter that generates a predetermined DC voltage based on an output of the power factor correction circuit. The low-voltage power generator includes a second DC/DC converter that steps down the DC voltage output from the battery charger and a synchronous rectifier that rectifies an output of the second DC/DC converter in synchronization with a switching operation of the second DC/DC converter.

摘要: The DC-DC converter can calculate an input voltage without being influenced by a commutation time period of a primary-side current of a transformer. The DC-DC converter includes a transformer that has a primary and secondary winding, a switching circuit that is connected to the primary winding of the transformer to perform input voltage switching, a drive circuit that drives the switching circuit, a rectifier circuit that rectifies an AC voltage generated in the secondary winding of the transformer according to the switching operation of the switching circuit, and a controller that evaluates a value of the input voltage and performs predetermined processing based on the value of the input voltage. The controller detects a pulse signal emerging on an input side or an output side of the rectifier circuit, calculates a duty of the pulse signal, and evaluates the value of the input voltage based on the calculated duty.

摘要: Charge efficiency of normal charge is improved without restricting an operation of a low-voltage load of an electric vehicle during the normal charge. During a charge of a high-voltage battery of a vehicle, when a determination of the normal charge is made, and when a determination that a mode switching target load is not operated is made, power saving mode transition processing is performed. Therefore, an operating mode of a DC-DC converter, which steps down a voltage at the high-voltage battery and supplies the stepped-down voltage to a low-voltage battery and a low-voltage load, is set to a power saving mode in which consumption power is reduced compared with a normal mode. When a determination that a start-up manipulation of the mode switching target load is performed is made, the operating mode of the DC-DC converter is changed to the normal mode.
