A power circuit is applicable to a Direct Current (DC) to DC converter. The power circuit includes a gate driver circuit and a High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT). The gate driver circuit functions as a Sigmoid (S) function and controls a gate and a source of the HEMT with a cross voltage of the sigmoid (S) type function. Accordingly, an overall characteristic curve of the HEMT and the gate driver circuit is like a characteristic curve of a single rectifier diode, so as to achieve a rectifying, freewheeling, or reversing effect. In addition, since an energy loss is low when the HEMT is conducted, the energy loss of the whole power circuit is much less than that of a conventional diode.

The magnet is spaced apart from the objective lens carrier by a distance, and the coil is disposed at the objective lens carrier, for generating an electromagnetic force to interact with the magnet. The yoke is spaced apart from the objective lens carrier by a distance, in which the yoke has a protruding part that extends towards the objective lens carrier and is used to attract magnetic flux lines produced by the magnet, and thus making the magnetic flux that passes through the coil be distributed evenly.

A light source produces at least a first light beam and a second light beam; guiding the first light beam and the second light beam to enter the SIL for interacting with the object surface. This method can be used in, for example, a near-field optical disc storage system, wherein reflection intensities of the first and second light beams are used to measure two distances between the SIL and the optical disc at two positions corresponding to the first and second light beams. A surface structure, such as a tilt angle or an average distance between the disc and the SIL or disc roughness, is obtained by analyzing the above-mentioned positions and distances. The first and second light beams are produced, for example, by a diffraction technology or by a single laser diode with multiple beams.

A magnetic transmission assembly is adapted to integration with a motor or generator. The magnetic transmission assembly includes a rotor, a stator, and a magnetically conductive element. The rotor and the stator are sleeved coaxially and respectively have R and ST1 pole pairs. The magnetically conductive element is located between the rotor and the stator, and has steel pieces. When the magnetically conductive element is actuated, the magnetically conductive element selectively enables PN1 or PN2 steel pieces to be corresponding to the rotor and the stator. The steel pieces corresponding to the rotor and the stator interact with magnetic fields of the R and ST1 pole pairs to generate a predetermined variable-speed ratio. The magnetic transmission assembly can be integrated into the motor, so as to improve the drive power density.
