    摘要： A disc player comprising a signal pickup unit to read information from a disc on which program information including address information is recorded, the signal pickup unit being movable with respect to the disc, pickup drive means to drive the pickup unit for movement with respect to the disc, and a control circuit including an address memory for storing the newest one of the addresses read from the disc, a counter operative to count addresses at predetermined time intervals for producing a signal representative of an expected address indicative of the position to which the pickup unit is expected to move in the next, the expected address being updated at predetermined time intervals, a detector circuit to produce a signal each time a discrepancy is found to exist between the newest address and the expected address. In response to the signal from the detector circuit, the pickup drive means is actuated to drive the pickup unit for movement to the position dictated by the newest address or the expected address.

    摘要： Granulated preparations are provided by causing a granular, preferably spherical polyglycerol fatty acid ester having a melting poing of 40.degree.-80.degree. C. together with a powder for fluidized bed formation and heating the resulting fluidized mixture at a temperature in the vicinity of the melting point of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester. The powder may be contain as least one pharmacologically active ingredient. The polyglycerol fatty acid ester shows no crystal polymorphism and does not inactivate the pharmacologically active ingredient. Furthermore, the dissolution and release of the pharmacologically active ingredient can be controlled by varying the HLB of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester.

    摘要： An optically driven semiconductor device is disclosed which comprises a semiconductor substrate, a plurality of vertical field effect transistors formed on the substrate, and a plurality of optoelectric transducers formed on an insulating film above the respective transistors, wherein the transistors have the substrate in common as a drain. Also disclosed is an optically driven semiconductor device which comprises a semiconductor substrate, a vertical field effect transistor formed on the substrate and a solar cell formed on an insulating film above the substrate, wherein the solar cell is formed with a polycrystalline silicon layer or monocrystalline silicon layer grown by the chemical vapor deposition method. Moreover, there are disclosed optically coupled semiconductor relay devices using these optically driven semiconductor devices.
