    摘要: Disclosed herein is a gradient thin film, formed on a substrate by simultaneously depositing different materials on the substrate using a plurality of thin film deposition apparatuses provided in a vacuum chamber, wherein the gradient thin film is formed such that the composition thereof is continuously changed depending on the thickness thereof by deposition control plates provided in the path through which the different materials move to the substrate. The gradient thin film is advantageous in that the thin film is formed by simultaneously depositing different materials using various deposition apparatuses, so that the composition thereof is continuously changed depending on the thickness thereof, with the result that the physical properties of a thin film are easily controlled and the number of deposition processes is decreased, and thus processing time and manufacturing costs are decreased, thereby improving economic efficiency.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a combined car seat cover and infant seat, which is normally used as a seat cover for improving a riding comfort and can be transformed into an infant seat when an infant or a child is a passenger, wherein a seat fixing means for fixing a seat cover to a car seat is formed at the back of the seat cover including a seat sheet and a backrest sheet in which a cushioning material is accommodated therein, a safety belt is provided on both sides of the seat cover, a foldable shielding member is formed on the seat sheet, and the seat cover can be used as an infant seat by using the shielding member and the safety belt, and even in the case of an impact, a seat cover having this structure effectively prevents damage to the seat cover and disperses the impact by means of the safety belt and a reinforcing band, thereby preventing injuries.

    摘要: A chemical vapor deposition (CVD) apparatus having a heat radiation structure. The CVD apparatus has a process chamber wherein the semiconductor substrate is located, a gas inlet for introducing a process gas into the process chamber, a manifold for supporting the process chamber and the gas inlet, and a heat radiating member provided around the gas inlet, for radiating heat transmitted from the manifold. The gas inlet has a plurality of radiation plates formed around the gas inlet and a plurality of through-holes formed in each of the radiation plates. With the gas inlet having the heat radiating structure, heat from the manifold during the deposition process is not transmitted to the gas supply line and the like. Thus the associated parts are not corroded or deformed.
