    摘要: A traveling toy and a radio-controlled traveling toy having a transmission which brings about an operational feeling like a real car is provided.Under a shift lever 4, there is provided a gear box 10 that covers the motor unit and is secured to a chassis rear portion 6, and a rear wheel shaft 8 extends through the gear box 10 covering a motor unit, with a crank box 12 being disposed on the gear box 10. A second slider 14 is disposed on the crank box 12, a first slider 16 is disposed on the second slider 14, and a shift shaft 18, which is a shaft portion of a shift lever 4, stands vertically from the first slider 16. On top of the shift shaft 18, a grasping section 20 is disposed to control the shift lever 4.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a poly-crystalline silicon (p-Si) film includes the steps in which an excimer laser anneals an amorphous silicon (a-Si) film deposited on a glass substrate and makes the same into the poly-crystalline silicon while the glass substrate is moved in a moving direction relative to the laser. Prior to carrying out the annealing step, a couple of the laser pulses are applied to different places of the a-Si film, provided that each of the laser pulses has different energy fluence and one pulse at a time is applied to the a-Si film. The pulse applied area is divided into two sections by a reference line perpendicular to the moving direction of the glass substrate. Average grain sizes of the p-Si film in the two sections are compared to each other to determine the moving direction.

    摘要: A composition having excellent water-repellent properties and stability in an emulsified state is provided. The composition contains a wax having a melting point of 50.degree. to 90.degree. C., a hydrocarbon resin, an alkali metal salt of a condensation product of .beta.-naphthalene sulfonic acid with formalin and an alkali salt of polyacrylic acid. These components are emulsified in water. The composition is especially useful as a waterproof agent fo gypsum boards and gypsum plaster.

    摘要: In one embodiment, an array substrate for a flat display device includes a gate line extending in a first direction, a source line extending a in second direction orthogonally crossing the first direction. A switching element includes a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode electrically connected with the gate line, a source electrode electrically connected with the gate line in contact with the semiconductor layer and a drain electrode in contact with the semiconductor layer. An insulating film covers the source line and the switching element, and includes a contact hole exposing the drain electrode. A pixel electrode is formed on the insulating film. An insulating filling component is filled in the contact hole of the insulating film so as to be interposed between the drain electrode and the pixel electrode in a pixel in which the source line is short-circuited with the drain electrode.

    摘要: A circuit array substrate includes an optically transparent substrate, pixels having switching elements formed on the transparent substrate, gate electrode lines connected to the switching elements, the gate electrode lines being provided on a first insulation film with separating portions in the pixels, signal lines connected to the switching elements, the signal lines being provided on a second insulation film which is different from the first insulation film, and electrically conductive portions provided on the second film to electrically connect the electrode lines with the separating portions to each other. The separating portions reduce electrostatic capacitances defined between the gate electrode lines and the switching elements when the conductive portions are not connected between the separating portions.
