摘要: A pad-equipped thermocouple includes a sheathed thermocouple in which a pair of thermocouple elements and an inorganic insulating powder for holding the thermocouple elements are accommodated in a sheath. An opening of the sheath is sealed by a sealing member. A pad is welded to a pipe and configured to hold the sheathed thermocouple to a surface of the pipe. A temperature measuring junction formed by the pair of thermocouple elements is exposed to a side face of the sheath in a leading end portion. The pad includes an accommodation portion accommodating the leading end portion such that the leading end portion can be inserted into and pulled out from the accommodation portion along the surface of the pipe, and the accommodation portion accommodates the leading end portion in a state where the temperature measuring junction and the surface of the pipe are in contact with each other.

摘要: In order to solve a technical problem of a temperature sensor for high temperature, in which platinum lead wires may be broken when used at a high temperature, an inner frame (8) made of ceramic is provided inside an outer frame (7) made of metal, the inner frame (8) is fixed, only at the upper end portion thereof, to the outer frame (7), and an insulating filler (9) made of a ceramic adhesive or a ceramic powder tightly filled at a high density is filled inside the inner frame (8) and a portion inside the outer frame (7) where the inner frame (8) is not present. According to this configuration, the occurrence of a break in platinum lead wires (6) can be significantly lowered compared with that of conventional examples.

摘要: A terminal head, which is provided in a sheath type temperature sensor and is for connecting the sheath type temperature sensor and a cable, is structured such that, in order for replacement of the sheath type temperature sensor to be easily performed and in order to minimize the number of replacement parts, a terminal plate (2) of the terminal head (1) and the sheath type temperature sensor 3 are coupled using a pair of plug-in connectors (4, 5) and the coupling is held by a coupling nut (6). When replacing the sheath type temperature sensor (3), the leads (31) of the sheath type temperature sensor do not need to be detached from and attached to the terminal plate (2) at the replacement worksite, and the only replaced part other than the sheath type temperature sensor (3) is the one connector (5).

摘要: Provided is a cryogenic temperature measuring resistor element including a metallic temperature measuring resistor wire, an electric insulator made of a polycrystalline ceramic material, and a filler filled between the electric insulator and the temperature measuring resistor wire. The filler includes polycrystalline inorganic electric insulating powder, particles of the insulating powder being connected by glass. The glass has a lower softening point than respective melting points of the inorganic electric insulating powder, the temperature measuring resistor wire, and the electric insulator.

摘要: Instead of a single-element sheathed thermocouple, a sheathed thermocouple is used in which: two pairs of thermocouple wires are enclosed in a metal sheath while being embedded in an inorganic insulating material powder, the thermocouple wires being made of the same materials as and having a diameter that is 90% or greater of or substantially equal to the diameter of thermocouple wires of the single-element sheathed thermocouple, and the metal sheath being made of the same material and having the same outer diameter and wall thickness as a metal sheath of the single-element sheathed thermocouple; only one pair of the two pairs of thermocouple wires are joined to each other at leading ends to form a measuring junction; and a base end of the metal sheath is sealed with a seal with the pair of thermocouple wires joined to each other at the leading ends passing therethrough.
