Abstract: A host device includes a unit processor configured to generate a near data processing (NDP) request, a host expansion control circuit configured to receive the NDP request; and a local memory device configured to store data corresponding to the NDP request according to control by the expansion control circuit. In response to receiving the NDP request, the host expansion control circuit performs a request processing operation to perform a read or a write operation corresponding to the NDP request on the local memory device and performs a computation operation using the requested data corresponding to the NDP request.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a gene expression cassette including a synthetic 5′ untranslated region (5′ UTR), a promoter, and a regulatory gene; a recombinant vector including a replication origin and the gene expression cassette; a recombinant microorganism which has the recombinant vector introduced thereinto and shows alleviated segregational instability and; a method for preparing a recombinant microorganism having alleviated segregational instability by introducing the recombinant vector thereinto; and a method for quantitatively controlling a plasmid copy number in a recombinant microorganism. According to the present invention, removal of infA and efp, which are genes indispensable for cells, encoding respectively for a translation initiation factor and a protein elongation factor (EF-P), from a microbial chromosome and introduction of the gene expression cassette including the regulatory gene with Escherichia coli serving as a host allow the stable maintenance of plasmids in an antibiotic-free medium without causing intercellular intrinsic variations. In addition, the precise control of expression levels of infA and efp in the recombinant microorganism by means of a promoter can lead to the quantitative control of PCN at high yield as well. Therefore, the present invention can find a broad spectrum of applications in a variety of industries producing recombinant proteins.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a time-division multiplexing (TDM)-based multi-channel electrocardiogram measurement apparatus and method, which remove the influence of power line interference in a way to implement multiple channels by using a TDM method, remove an electrode DC offset (EDO) through a pre-charged capacitor, and periodically take a current out or supply a current. The TDM-based multi-channel electrocardiogram measurement apparatus and method robust against power line interference according to the present disclosure have advantages in that it can measure electrocardiogram by using multiple channels with low power and high integration based on TDM, can perform contactless measurement because an EDO is efficiently eliminated and high impedance is satisfied, and has a characteristic robust against power line interference.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel microorganism capable of metabolizing various carbon sources at high rates. A novel microorganism according to the present invention was observed to grow at a very high rate in a minimal medium/nutrient medium, etc., compared to microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, and shows resistance at a high initial sugar/salt concentrations as well as being able to produce lycopene and 2,3-butanediol through genetic manipulation. Therefore, the novel microorganism can be used in various production fields of high value-added compounds using microorganisms.
