摘要： A windmill blade which comprises reinforcing fibers in a toughened resin matrix. The resin matrix is made from a composition which comprises (a) one or more epoxy resins and/or one or more epoxy vinyl ester resins, (b) one or more reactive diluents, and (c) at least one amphiphilic block copolymer. The amphiphilic block copolymer comprises at least two different polyether blocks and is present in the composition in an amount of from about 0.5% to about 10% by volume, based on the total volume of the matrix composition.

摘要： A curable composition for polymer concrete including (A) at least one epoxy resin composition comprising (A1) at least one epoxy resin, and (A2) at least one divinylarene dioxide; and (B) at least one hardener composition; wherein the divinylarene dioxide is present in the epoxy resin composition in a sufficient concentration such that the divinylarene dioxide reduces the viscosity of the curable composition and provides the necessary properties for cured polymer concrete product made from the curable composition. The divinylarene dioxide reduces the viscosity of the curable composition and, at the same time, provides the necessary properties for polymer concrete applications; and the divinylarene dioxide helps to increase heat deflection temperature (HDT) of the polymer concrete and improves the dimensional stability of a large polymer concrete part without sacrificing any of the other properties of the polymer concrete.
