    摘要: An photo-curable sealing agent composition comprising (A) an unsaturated group-containing urethane resin having a number average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000 and an unsaturation degree of 0.1-1 mol/kg, which is obtained by reaction of (a) a polycarbonate diol having a number average molecular weight of 500-3,000, (b) a bifunctional epoxy (meth)acrylate having two hydroxyl groups and two ethylenically unsaturated groups, and (c) a polyisocyanate; (B) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, wherein an alcohol residue, ester-bonded with an (meth)acyloyl group, is a hydrocarbon group which may contain an oxygen atom, and has 1-20 carbon atoms and a molecular weight of not larger than 1,000; and (C) a photo-polymerization initiator. The sealing agent composition exhibits a high curability performance and gives a cured product having a low hardness and enhanced flexibility and elongation, and improved physical and mechanical strength and enhanced durability.

    摘要: A process of purifying maleic anhydride graft polyolefin comprising the steps of adding an aqueous solution of alkali initial hydroxide to a solution of maleic anhydride graft polyolefin containing unreacted maleic anhydride which is dissolved in an organic solvent at a temperature from 80.degree. C. to 160.degree. C., thereby precipitating maleic anhydride graft polyolefin particles to make a W/O emulsion; stirring the W/O emulsion while maintaining the temperature at a same temperature as above for less than 2 hours, thereby selectively forming the alkali metal salt of unreacted maleic anhydride; adding the aqueous solution of alkali metal hydroxide to the W/O emulsion to convert the W/O emulsion into an O/W emulsion; separating the maleic anhydride draft polyolefin particles, and washing the maleic anhydride graft polyolefin particles with water.

    摘要: An epoxy resin composition for powder coatings which comprises (a) 40 to 95 parts by weight of a solid epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups in a molecule, an epoxy equivalent of 400 to 2500, and a softening point of 50.degree. C. to 150.degree. C., and (b) 5 to 60 parts by weight of an epoxidized polydiene polymer having a main structure of general Formula (I) in which aliphatic double bonds are partially epoxidized.
