    摘要: This invention relates to a process for treating fly ash produced by a waste incinerator and containing chlorides of toxic metals, which includes a step consisting of subjecting said fly ash to a phosphating reaction, at high temperature, to convert the chlorides of toxic metals into phosphates, the phosphating reaction being obtained by the addition of a reactant comprising a phosphorus compound, characterised in that said phosphorus compound is a non-metallic compound and in that the chlorinated products obtained are discharged in a gaseous form. It also relates to an installation for implementing this process.

    摘要: A melting furnace for insulating materials is provided with a cooled crucible (10) having continuous metal side malls, a partitioned and cooled bottom (12) and at least one induction coil (28) placed under the bottom which serves as the sole heating means. The depth of the melting bath contained in the crucible and the excitation frequency of the induction coil are selected so that the depth and half of the inside radius of the crucible are less than the skin thickness of the bath.

    摘要: Process for confinement of waste containing at least one chemical species to be confined, by in-can vitrification in a hot metal can into which waste and a vitrification additive are added, the waste and the vitrification additive are melted to obtain a glass melt which is then cooled, characterised in that at least one oxidising agent is also added into the metal can and in that the concentration of oxidising agent(s) expressed as oxide(s) in the glass melt is between 0.1 and 20% by mass, preferably 4 and 20% by mass, even more preferably 5 and 15% by mass, and even more preferably 10 and 13% by mass of the glass melt mass.
