    摘要: A guided working device (1) is driven by an operable traction motor (2) for movement along a travel rail (3). The working device carries a driver (4) provided with articulated heads for a measuring carriage (5), which measuring carriage always travels the same distance as the working device (1). The measuring carriage travels on a control rail (11) and includes a measuring device (6). A plurality of sliding conductors (17) are also receivable by the control rail (11). The measuring carriage carries a preferably toothed measuring wheel about at least a circumferential portion of which a preferably toothed measuring belt is wrapped. The measuring wheel (7) is pressed, by guided wheels (8) in front of and behind the measuring wheel, against a toothed belt supporting surface which is associated with the control rail (11).

    摘要: A robot gantry has longitudinal beams supported by support elements. To fasten the longitudinal beams to the supports, the latter have brackets with binding post holes for binding screws. To make possible the adjustment of the brackets housing the beams, the walls of the supports have holes, which are large enough that the binding screws can move in them by the amount required for adjustment. To adjust the brackets, L-shaped adjusting devices are fastened to the supports by screws. The L-leg of the adjustment apparatus has in the power portion horizontal and vertical holes with nuts for set screws. In the upper portion of the L-leg the adjustment device has a vertical slot for a pendulum set screw which can move in the slot. The pendulum set screw is protected by a nut from unintentional falling out, and extends with its threaded portion into a threaded hole in the bracket.

The bearing holders are individually, pivotably fixed to the web structure by aligned clamping sleeves above axle. Two pendulum-type bearings in the necks of the holders journal the wheel axle. Adjusting screws mounted on the carriage abut cam stops on the bearing holders to adjustably fix the orientation of the wheel axles, including the plane of rotation of the wheel.

    摘要: A torque support, especially for wheel blocks, is arranged between a gear unit housing with a drive shaft and a driven unit housing. The torque support includes a plate-shaped base body which is detachably fastened to the gear unit housing with fastening elements. The plate-shaped base plate has at least two fastening locations comprising through openings for fastening the torque support to the driven unit housing. To keep the shearing forces resulting from the torque support and acting on the gear shaft small while the torsional moment is simultaneously absorbed with low play and in such a way that load peaks are damped, a corresponding plastic ring body is inserted into each through-opening in a positive-locking engagement. A side of the plastic ring body facing the driven unit housing has an edge area which widens radially outward forms an elastic disk element arranged between the driven unit housing and the torque support.
