An input method applicable for inputting into an electronic device, which includes the steps of capturing a lip motion of a person; receiving an image of the lip motion; encoding the lip motion image to obtain a lip motion code; comparing the lip motion code with a plurality of standard lip motion codes to obtain a first text result matching the lip motion code; and displaying the first text result on the electronic device if the first text result is obtained. If the first text result is not obtained, the method may further include activating an auxiliary analyzing mode for the electronic device for recognizing a facial expression, a hand gesture, or an audio signal to be inputted. The input method can diversify input methods for the electronic device.

A method and a system for implementing self-discovery of network element. The method includes that: layout data (containing identifier information and basic information) of a newly-established network element is imported into a network manager of the newly-established network element; after being powered on, the newly-established network element sends its identifier information to one or more adjacent network elements to request to find its own basic information; and the adjacent network element requests the network manager of the newly-established network element to find the basic information according to the identifier information, and returns the basic information found by the network manager of the newly-established network element and the identifier information of the newly-established network element to the newly-established network element. The disclosure avoids problems of complicated manual configuration and vulnerable, highly risky, and elaborated way of configuration with DHCP in implementation of self-discovery of network element in the related art.

Banknote serial number processing method and apparatus having a serial number recording step where images of serial numbers associated with to-be-newly recorded banknotes are subjected to image recognition. Image recognition is followed by a conversion step involving a conversion of the image recognized serial numbers to digital data inclusive of digital serial number data and bundle codes. There is also a comparison step which includes a comparing of digital data produced in the conversion step with read-in or provided serial number data, with the provided serial number data being derived from a database containing serial number data of non-counterfeit banknotes which represent banknotes unlawfully obtained by a third party. Comparison hits trigger an alarm and/or forwarding of information, while non-comparison hit banknotes are forwarded to memory with associated bundle coding.

The invention relates to a continuous polymerization process for preparing a random ethylene interpolymer with propylene and/or 1-butene which comprises: (A) polymerizing ethylene, and as an α-olefin comonomer propylene and/or 1-butene under continuous random polymerization conditions in the presence of single site catalyst system employing an ionic activator having cyclic ligands shielding a central charge bearing atom, at a temperature of 140° C. to 250° C. at a conversion of ethylene of 80 to 99% and a comonomer conversion of from at least 30% and (B) devolatilizing the polymer to provide an ethylene copolymer having a density of from 0.85 to 0.92 g/cm3, an MI of from 0.01 to 100 g/10 min, preferably from 0.1 to 20, and an I21/I2 of from 30 to 400. The invention also relates to polymers made by such processes containing as α-olefin comonomer propylene and/or 1-butene, having a density of from 0.85 to 0.92 g/cm3, an MI of from 0.01 to 100 g/10 min and an I21/I2 of from 30 to 400 obtained by solution polymerization using a transition metal complex as a catalyst and a non-coordinating anion to provide a level of NCA derived residue, as determined by boron content, less than 0.5 ppm. as determined by ICP, preferably undetectable by ICP. Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting control information, to provide a control information sending manner based on a diversity transmission mode. The method for transmitting control information includes: determining the transmission of a plurality of enhanced control channel units (E-CCE) of an enhanced physical downlink control channel (E-PDCCH), each E-CCE containing the same number of enhanced resource unit groups (E-REGs), and a plurality of E-REGs contained in each E-CCE respectively belonging to a different frequency resource block (RB); and bearing each piece of downlink control information (DCI) to be transmitted over the E-PDCCH into at least one E-CCE for transmission. It is realized that each portion of one piece of DCI is respectively borne onto a plurality of frequency bands corresponding to the E-PDCCH for transmission, improving the stability and reliability of DCI transmission.

The present invention comprises: determining maximum image reduction information of multiple to be compressed images after compression, based on predetermined compression lower-limit information of the multiple to be compressed images and image size information of each to be compressed image; determining compression parameter information of the multiple to be compressed images based on the maximum image reduction information; determining compression ratio information of each to be compressed image, respectively, based on the compression parameter information, and the image size information and maximum image reduction information after compression of each to be compressed image; compressing each to be compressed image based on the compression ratio information; adding the compressed, multiple to be compressed images into a message to be transmitted for transmission. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has an advantage of ameliorating degradation of image quality caused by over compression of images.

The method comprises: an access network device determining the type of a terminal according to the information thereof, determining a data transmission mode corresponding to the terminal according to the type of the terminal, and carrying out data transmission with the terminal according to the data transmission mode. In the embodiments of the present invention, the access network device determines the types of terminals with different capabilities by obtaining terminal information, and adopts different data transmission modes to send data for terminals with different capabilities, thus it can support lower-cost and lower processing complexity M2M terminal with lower capacity than current UE, thereby promoting the large-scale application of M2M services.
