摘要: A parallel analog circuit automatic optimization method based on genetic algorithm and machine learning comprises global optimization based on genetic algorithm and local optimization based on machine learning, with the global optimization and the local optimization performed alternately. The global optimization based on genetic algorithm utilizes parallel SPICE simulations to improve the optimization efficiency while guaranteeing the optimization accuracy, combined with parallel computing. The local optimization based on machine learning establishes a machine learning model near the global optimal point obtained by the global optimization, and uses the machine learning model to replace the SPICE simulator, thus reducing the time costs brought by a large number of simulations.

摘要: A tuning method for active metamaterials using IGZO Schottky diodes, wherein the IGZO Schottky diode comprises a substrate, a Schottky electrode, amorphous IGZO active layer, and an ohmic electrode from the bottom up. The method comprises steps as follows: (1) Metamaterials are used as the Schottky electrodes, and amorphous IGZO active layers are used to fully cover the capacitive gap structures in the metamaterials; such capacitive structures in the metamaterials are bonded to the amorphous IGZO active layers to form Shottky barriers; (2) The resulting IGZO Schottky diodes from step (1) are used to tune the metamaterials dynamically.

The said single magnetic heterojunction structure comprises the substrate, in-plane anti-ferromagnetic layer, in-plane ferromagnetic layer, nonmagnetic layer, vertical ferromagnetic layer, and vertical anti-ferromagnetic layer respectively from the bottom up; the said in-plane ferromagnetic layer and the said vertical ferromagnetic layer are coupled together through the said nonmagnetic layer in the middle; in-plane exchange biases, namely exchange biases in the plane, exist between the said in-plane ferromagnetic layer and the said in-plane anti-ferromagnetic layer, and out-of-plane exchange biases, namely exchange biases out of the plane, exist between the said vertical ferromagnetic layer and the said vertical anti-ferromagnetic layer.

摘要: The invention is related to a parametric light generation method and its application and belongs to the technical field of laser and nonlinear optics. The generation method comprises steps as follows: a nonlinear optical material that meets the sum-frequency phase-matched conditions, namely it shall satisfy the energy conservation condition ωp+ωi=ωs and the momentum conservation condition npωp+niωi=nsωs simultaneously, is provided; laser light with a wavelength of λp is injected into the said nonlinear optical material as pump light; then, the material will output signal light with a wavelength of λS, namely the tunable sum-frequency parametric light. With sum-frequency as the basic principle, the invention can realize frequency up-conversion and obtain visible and UV light sources through simple infrared light sources easily.

摘要: A heparin skeleton synthase originates from Neisseria animaloris, with an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.2 and a nucleotide sequence of the coding gene as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. Its recombinant expression level is 6.8 times that of the existing heparin skeleton synthase KfiA from Escherichia coli K5, and total enzyme activity per fermentation liquor is 5.22 times that of the heparin skeleton synthase KfiA. The heparin skeleton synthase mutants obtained through site-directed mutagenesis of the sites No. 16, No. 25, No. 30, No. 111, No. 165, and No. 172 in the amino acid sequence of the said heparin skeleton synthase all have high expression levels.

摘要: This invention relates to a novel conductive organic membrane-coupled filtration system for the degradation of organic pollutants from wastewater. The system comprises a connected water pump and a reactor. The upper end of the reactor contained a water inlet, and the lower end consisted of a water outlet. A counter electrode and a membrane electrode are fixed on the reactor between the water inlet and water outlet. The counter electrode and membrane electrode constitute a two-electrode system connected to an external potentiostat through metal wires. The membrane electrode is made of carbon-based polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane that can be used to enhance the electrochemical separation of small molecules and the removal of organic pollutants.
