摘要： An information processing apparatus includes a processor that executes an instruction stored in a fixed address area in a storage part; the storage part that stores a first startup program and a second startup program, contents of the second startup program being different at least partially from those of the first startup program; and an address conversion part that, when the processor carries out a predetermined startup different from an ordinary startup that is carried out at a time of starting power supply to the information processing apparatus, converts an address included in a read instruction issued by the processor indicating a storage area that stores the first startup program into an address indicating an other storage area that stores the second startup program, and sends the converted address to the storage part.

摘要： An excimer laser apparatus comprises a container sealing a laser gas including a halogen gas therein, a pair of discharge electrodes disposed in the container for inducing an electric discharge capable of oscillating a laser light, and a circulating fan with a shaft for producing a high-speed laser gas stream between a pair of the discharge electrodes. Both ends of the shaft are rotatably supported by rotor-stator mechanisms, or one end of the shaft is rotatably supported by a rotor-stator mechanism, and the other end of the shaft is supported by a magnetic bearing. The rotor-stator mechanism comprises a rotor attached to the shaft of the circulating fan, a stator provided at a position opposed to the rotor, an electric motor winding provided in the stator for applying torque to the rotor, and a position control winding provided in the stator for producing a magnetic force to levitate and support the rotor.

摘要： A display device is disposed in a car and a display screen is switched based upon coordinate data showing the touched position which is output from a touch tracer which is disposed where it can be accessed by a driver, and “on” data that shows that the touch tracer has been press-operated. The display device displays small button display portions to select a next display operation which is to be displayed on the map screen. The button display portions which are shown on the map screen in an input state of the coordinate data from the touch tracer are displayed in an expanded state. By so doing, the driver can easily confirm the display content of the button display portions so that it is possible to improve the operability of the touch tracer for the selection of the button display portions.
