    摘要: The present invention relates to cement bead for orthopaedic surgery and its manufacturing process, embodying the cement beads for orthopaedic surgery manufactured from the mixture of antibiotics and cement which can be implanted into the dead space produced after the first saucerization on a patient with chronic osteomyelitis.Thus, the present invention is designed to obtain direct bactericidal effect by implanting the cement beads into a dead space, produced after the first saucerization, and to reduce the toxicity of systemic antibiotics and the risk of recurrence by mixing broad spectrum antibiotics, being thermally stable and sensitive to many microorganisms, where it comprises; mixing Ticarcillin of 5-10 g, Cefazolin of 5-10 g, Tobramicin of 5-10 g and Vancomycin of 5 g; homogenizing 20-25 cc of antibiotic mixed powder with 120 cc of powder cement; mixing this homogenized powder with 20-30 cc of liquid cement; cutting it in the form of rosary in the process of hardening; running a needle and thread through them to make the chain of antibiotic-mixed cement beads.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a polypropylene-based composite composition which is directly paintable without treatment of a primer comprised of chlorinated polyolefins. According to the present invention, the polypropylene-based composite composition comprises 30 to 70 weight percent, based on total weight of said polypropylene-based composite composition, of a polypropylene-based resin; 10 to 20 weight percent, based on total weight of said polypropylene-based composite composition, of a polyolefin based thermoplastic elastomer; 10 to 30 weight percent, based on total weight of said polypropylene-based composite composition, of a mineral filler; and 10 to 20 weight percent, based on total weight of said polypropylene-based composite composition, of an acrylate functional polymer additive.The composition does not need treatment of primer upon painting and thus has advantageous in terms of improvement of productivity resulting from reduction in production cost and production time and environment protection resulting from elimination of use of a primer comprised of chlorinated polyolefins.

The glass fiber reinforced panel produced has excellent fire retardant and water repelling properties, has improved compressive strength and does not deform or delaminate easily.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a polyolefin-based resin composition for the calendering process which can be directly printed without applying an adhesive since the surface printability is improved.The present invention provides a polyolefin-based resin composition for the calendering process comprising: 3 to 95 weight percent, based on total weight of said polyolefin-based resin composition, of a high impact polyolefin resin; 1 to 50 weight percent, based on total weight of said polyolefin-based resin composition, of an acrylate functional polymer; 1 to 30 weight percent, based on total weight of said polyolefin-based resin composition, of a polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer; 1 to 50 weight percent, based on total weight of said polyolefin-based resin composition, of a mineral filler; and 0.1 to 5.0 weight percent, based on total weight of said polyolefin-based resin composition, of a lubricant.By the present invention, it is possible to remarkably improve the surface printability of the polyolefin-based sheet or film and thereby, to achieve direct printing without need of an adhesive. Also, since a production line for applying an adhesive is not needed, it is possible to reduce the production cost and to increase productivity. Further, the present invention can substitute for decoration sheets, printing papers, labels and the like which have been composed of PVC and thus, is environmentally friendly.
