    摘要: Provided is a multi-evaporation system which carries out a multi-evaporation process in an air-conditioning cycle of a vehicle air conditioning system, thereby enhancing system efficiency. The multi-evaporation system includes a compressor 10 which sucks and compresses refrigerant; a condenser 20 which condenses the refrigerant compressed in the compressor 10; an expanding means 30 which receives the refrigerant condensed in the condenser 20 through an inlet port 31, branches the refrigerant into at lest two or more, discharges the refrigerant through at least two or more discharging part 32a to 32n, and throttles the refrigerant before or after the refrigerant is branched; and an evaporator 40 which comprises at least two or more evaporating parts 41 to 4N so as to receive and evaporate the refrigerant discharged from the expanding means 30 and then introduce the evaporated refrigerant into the compressor 10.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a field coil assembly of an electromagnetic clutch for a compressor and a method for manufacturing the same. A field coil assembly 20 of the present invention includes a coil installed to a core 22 and made by winding a wire W to generate a magnetic flux, and a connector 30 coupled thereto. At this time, the connector 30 is provided at one side of the core 22 and has a terminal 50 therein, thereby being electrically connected to one end of the wire W. In addition, a protective coating portion 80 is formed at a connecting portion between the terminal 50 and the end of the wire W to thereby prevent the connecting portion of the wire W and the terminal 50 from being exposed to the outside. According to the present invention, the connecting portion between the terminal 50 and the coil is not exposed to moisture or air, thereby preventing electric short circuit from occurring by galvanic corrosion between the terminal 50 and the coil. As a result, there is an advantage in that the operation reliability and durability of the field coil assembly are improved.

    摘要: A multistage gaseous and liquid phase separation type condenser has a pair of headers disposed in parallel with each other, and a plurality of flat tubes each connected to the headers at opposite ends thereof and corrugated fins interposed between adjacent flat tubes. Each header is divided by baffles into four chambers. The second header has a receiver and chambers of the second header have communication passageways for placing the chambers of the second header in flow communication with the receiver. The first header has an inlet pipe connected to a middle chamber thereof so as to form an inlet path and an outlet pipe connected to a lower chamber thereof. While the refrigerant flows through the paths defined by a plurality of flat tubes, a first separation of gaseous and liquid phases of the refrigerant occurs within the second header so that the separated gaseous refrigerant is recondensed flowing through an upper path above the inlet path and introduced into the receiver via the communication passageway, whereas the separated liquid refrigerant is introduced into the receiver. A second separation of gaseous and liquid phases of the refrigerant occurs within the receiver in connection with a certain amount of the liquid refrigerant stored in the receiver. The liquid refrigerant in the receiver is communicated with the lower path via a lower communication passageway formed in the lower chamber of the second header.
