    摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a papermaking felt which can be easily engaged in a papermaking machine, wherein the work time for engaging the felt is short, the initial warming-up period until reaching the highest papermaking speed is short, and the felt life is long.This object is achieved by integrating and attaching by dispersion in the batt layer of the felt a polymeric elastomer having high deformability when pressure is applied and good recoverability after pressure is applied.When said polymeric elastomer is in the form of a film and when measured at a room temperature of 20° C. and a relative humidity of 65%, the 100% modulus value of the film is 1 to 100 kg/cm2, the residual strain after 100% elongation is 30% or less, and the attached amount of polymeric elastomers is 0.5 to 20 wt. % of the papermaking press felt weight. Examples of materials include polyurethane elastomers, polyethylene elastomers, styrene-butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, or the like.

    摘要: Disclosed is a shoe press belt (10) which comprises a reinforcing fibrous base material (6) embedded in a polyurethane layer, and has an outer circumference layer (2a) and an inner circumference layer (2b) each formed with a polyurethane. The polyurethane layer constituting the outer circumference layer (2a) comprises a polyurethane which is cured by the reaction of an urethane prepolymer (A) with a curing agent mixture (B). The urethane prepolymer (A) is produced by reacting an isocyanate compound selected from p-phenylene-diisocyanate and 4,4′-methylenebis(phenylisocyanate) with a polytetramethylene glycol and has an isocyanate group at its terminal. The curing agent mixture (B) comprises 1,4-butanediol and an aromatic polyamine having an active hydrogen group (H). The shoe press belt has excellent wear resistance, cracking resistance and bending fatigue resistance.

    摘要: A laminated resin film having a thickness of from 7 to 25 .mu.m comprised of (A) a poly(4-methylpentene-1) resin layer having a thickness of from 1 to 10 .mu.m having laminated on one or both sides thereof (B) a crystalline propylene copolymer resin layer comprising from 1 to 10% by weight of ethylene, from 74 to 96% by weight of propylene, and from 3 to 25% by weight of an .alpha.-olefin containing from 4 to 8 carbon atoms and having a thickness of from 2 to 20 .mu.m, provided that the total thickness of layers (B) when provided on each side of layer (A) is in the range of from 4 to 20 .mu.m. The laminated film has excellent cutting properties and high heat resistance sufficient for use in microwave cooking.

    摘要: A process for producing an oriented blown film of a thermoplastic resin by blown film extrusion, carried out by blowing air into an extruded bubble of the resin extruded from a ring die to expand the bubble and cooling the expanded bubble with air from a cooling air ring, wherein blown film extrusion is carried out under such conditions that the ratio of (b) the final diameter of the expanded bubble to (a) the diameter of the bubble at the crystallizing temperature of the thermoplastic resin ((b)/(a)) ranges from 1.5 to 10. The process provides an oriented blown film excellent in strength, appearance, and heat shrinkage characteristics.

    摘要: A propylene polymer laminated sheet is described, comprising at least two layers wherein at least one surface layer is Layer A comprising 95% by weight or more of a specific crystalline propylene polymer and up to 5% by weight of an inorganic or organic nucleating agent, the thickness of Layer A being from 0.5 to 45% of the total thickness of the sheet, and at least one other layer is Layer B comprising from 40 to 95 parts by weight of a resin component and from 60 to 5 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, the resin component comprising from 5 to 85% by weight of a specific crystalline propylene polymer and from 95 to 15% by weight of an ethylene polymer, the thickness of Layer B being from 55 to 99.5% of the total thickness of the sheet. This sheet has excellent deep drawing properties and can produce a product having excellent surface gloss, appearance and impact resistance.

    摘要: A composite heat-insulating material and a process for the production thereof are described. This material is of the structure that an olefin- or styrene-based resin sheet and a urethane foam material are laminated on each other with an adhesive containing: (A) 20 to 100% by weight of a water-soluble polyimine compound selected from the group consisting of polyethyleneimine, poly(ethyleneimine-urea), and a polyaminepolyamide/ethyleneimine adduct, and (B) 80 to 0% by weight of a nitrogen atom-containing cationic or amphoteric polymer. This composite heat-insulating material is very suitable for use as a lining material for a refrigerator, for example.
