In accordance with the present invention, a laminated decorative film or sheet which comprises a surface layer having excellent transparency and hardness, has excellent workability in bending, V-cutting, lapping, and vacuum molding, and does not cause problems in disposal and a decorative building material which has excellent heat resistance, weatherability, and abrasion resistance, provides soft feeling, and does not cause problems in the environment can be obtained easily.
