摘要: Since a friction force generated on friction surfaces between a pressure plate and a first friction material is smaller than a friction force generated on friction surfaces between a lining plate and the first friction material, when a torque is input to a damper device, a slip first occurs between the pressure plate and the first friction material, and the lining plate and the first friction material integrally rotate. In this case, a hysteresis torque is generated based on the friction force between the pressure plate and the first friction material. Since a torque limiter mechanism also acts as a hysteresis mechanism in this way, a torque limiter mechanism is realized that can generate the hysteresis torque with a simple structure.

摘要: In this damper mechanism, when small fluctuations in torque input to the damper mechanism occur, small hysteresis torque is produced as a result of pressure contact between a radial plate and a first friction section. Consequently, the small torque fluctuations can be damped between the radial plate and the first friction region of the damper mechanism and can be output to an input shaft. In addition, along the direction of relative rotation of an annular plate and the radial plate, the friction coefficients of the annular plate and the radial plate become larger as the torsion angles of both plates become larger. Therefore, even when torque fluctuations become large, the hysteresis torque can be produced in accordance with the magnitude of the torque fluctuations.

The bolt cover has a through bore to have the threaded portion of the bolt pass through, a bottom portion abutting a bottom surface of the head portion of the bolt, and a grip portion projecting from an outer circumference of the bottom portion and surrounding a periphery of the head portion of the bolt. When the threaded portion of the bolt is screwed into a threaded groove of the transmission case, the bottom portion of the bolt cover is interposed between the bottom surface of the head portion and each fastening portion of a bracket portion.

The range switch mechanism is adapted to change a shift range using a motor. Through the range switch operating means, an occupant inputs a required shift range. The heat generation limit controlling means switches a control of the motor to a heat generation limit control when the operation frequency of the range switch operating means exceeds a predetermined frequency.

摘要: A hybrid drive system configured to selectively establish one of a first drive mode in which a first motor/generator MG1 is operated with a drive force of an engine, to generate an electric energy and in which a vehicle drive force is generated primarily by a second motor/generator MG2, and a second drive mode in which the vehicle drive force is generated by the engine, and at least one of the first motor/generator MG1 and second motor/generator MG2 is operated to generate an assisting vehicle drive force, as needed, and further configured such that an amount of a working oil to be supplied to the first motor/generator MG1 is larger in the first drive mode than in the second drive mode, permitting sufficient cooling of the electric motor depending upon a selected one of the vehicle drive modes.
