摘要： A process for producing a Group 13 metal nitride crystal, comprising performing the growth of a Group 13 metal nitride crystal in a solution or melt comprising an ionic solvent having dissolved therein a composite nitride containing a metal element belonging to Group 13 of the Periodic Table and a metal element other than Group 13 of the Periodic Table. According to this production process, a good-quality Group 13 metal nitride crystal can be produced under low or atmospheric pressure by an industrially inexpensive method.

摘要： A seat occupant sensor device for detecting whether or not an occupant is seated on a seat is made up of a pressure sensitive switch including a pair of sensor portions and a connecting portion, with each of the sensor portions being formed as an integration of a pair of opposed films and a spacer. On one of the films is disposed a plurality of spaced first electrodes which are electrically connected to each other by way of a first conductive path, and on the other film is disposed a plurality of spaced second electrodes which are electrically connected to each other by way of a second conductive path. The spacer is disposed between the pair of opposed films in such a manner that each of the first electrodes is maintained separate from the corresponding second electrode when the seat is unoccupied. The first conductive path and the second conductive path extend into the connecting portion, and the connecting portion is positioned, when in its free state, between the pair of the sensor portions. A connector is provided at the distal end of the connecting portion for connecting the first conductive path and the second conductive path to an external control device. A block member is provided at a connecting region at which a proximate end of the connecting portion is connected to each of the sensor portions for guiding the connecting portion reversely.
