    摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device. Also provided are: a semiconductor device which can be obtained by the method; and a dispersion that can be used in the method. A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device (500a) of the present invention comprises the steps (a)-(c) described below and is characterized in that the crystal orientation of a first dopant implanted layer (52) is the same as the crystal orientation of a semiconductor layer or a base (10) that is formed of a semiconductor element. (a) A dispersion which contains doped particles is applied to a specific part of a layer or a base. (b) An unsintered dopant implanted layer is obtained by drying the applied dispersion. (c) The specific part of the layer or the base is doped with a p-type or n-type dopant by irradiating the unsintered dopant implanted layer with light, and the unsintered dopant implanted layer is sintered, thereby obtaining a dopant implanted layer that is integrated with the layer or the base.

    摘要: A substrate for magnetic discs, which are to be used as external storage in data processors, is formed from glass-like carbon materials by themselves or contained in a thermosetting resin matrix. The glass-like carbon materials have excellent thermal resistance, can be finished to a mirror-like surface, and have less surface defects than aluminum substrates. Magnetic materials can be adhered directly onto the surface of such substrates shaped in the form of a disc. The resulting disc has good hardness, is resistant to elevated temperatures, is less likely to deform, and is low in cost.

According to this invention, when a server instructs a terminal to graphically display three-dimensional characters, the terminal provides a plurality of motion patterns. The server then transmits scenario data to the terminal, and the terminal operates based on the scenario data to switch scenes for graphical displays. The terminal switches the scenes for graphical displays with a timing for a home position which is common or substantially common to a motion pattern being executed and a motion pattern to be executed next.
