摘要: Described herein are methods and apparatus for the processing of electronic invoices. A server for processing invoices communicates with computing systems such as a supplier system (used by a supplier), a buyer system (used by a buyer), and finance systems (which manage bank accounts of the supplier and buyer). The server communicates with the supplier system and the buyer system regarding an electronic invoice that relates to a transaction between the supplier and the buyer, and that includes an identification code. When the buyer has approved the electronic invoice, the supplier system and/or the server is able to settle the invoice using the identification code.

摘要: Uniform oxynitride and nitride films can be formed by low-temperature and high-speed nitriding reaction not dependent on the nitriding time or nitriding temperature. A solid dielectric is provided on at least one of opposed surfaces of a pair of electrodes opposed to each other under a pressure of 300 (Torr) or higher, a nitrogen gas containing an oxide equal to or lower than 0.2% is introduced into a space between the pair of opposed electrodes, an electric field is applied to the nitrogen gas, and the resulting N2 (2nd p.s.) or N2 (H.I.R) active species is brought into contact with an object to be processed to form an oxynitride film/nitride film on a surface of the object to be processed.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to enable a buyer to collectively manage information related to a variety of commercial transactions performed by the buyer as well as to the settlements for these transactions. The calendar server 25 supplies a calendar screen to a buyer system 3 that is used by the buyer 1. This calendar screen has electronic invoices addressed to the buyer 1, which are issued by the supplier system 7, and electronic deposit/withdrawal detailed statement of the buyer's deposit account, which are issued by a banking system 13, pasted in the spaces for the relevant dates. When the buyer 1 selects an arbitrary invoice on this calendar screen and inputs his or her approval of this invoice, an account transfer telegraphic message for payment of this invoice is automatically sent to the banking system 13. The calendar server 25 manages the status of each invoice (“opened”, “payment request in progress”, “paid”), and notifies the supplier system 7 and banking system 13 of this invoice status. The calendar server 25 also supplements news such as advertisements which are sent by the supplier system 7 and banking system 13, and so forth, selects news following the buyer's consumption trends, and pastes this news in the spaces on the calendar screen which pertain to dates that slightly precede dates on which buyer consumption other forms without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

摘要: A conductive member 51 is disposed on the side facing to an object W relative to an electrode structure 30 in a plasma processing apparatus. The conductive member 51 is electrically grounded. An insulator 45 is interlaid between the electrode structure 30 and the conductive member 51. The insulator 45 is divided into a first insulation part 41 and a second insulation part 42. The first insulation part 41 forms a lead-out path 40a connected to the downstream of said plasmatizing space 30a between electrodes. The second insulation part 42 is separately disposed on the side opposite to the lead-out passage 40a side relative to the first insulation part 41. The first and second insulation parts 41, 42 can be separated from each other. If the first insulation part 41 is damaged, only the first insulation part 41 may simply be replaced. There is no need of replacing whole of the insulator 45. Only the first insulation part 41 may be formed of a material having plasma resistance higher than that of the second insulation part 42. As a result, a material cost can be reduced.

摘要: A tire condition detection device is arranged such that a tire condition detection signal detected on a tire side of a vehicle is received by a receiving antenna and entered into a receiver on the vehicle body side of the vehicle. The receiving antenna and the receiver are electrically connected to each other via a metal part of the vehicle. The tire condition detection signal received by the receiving antenna is transmitted to the receiver via the metal part used as a waveguide.

摘要: A tire/wheel assembly includes a wheel having a rim, a pneumatic tire fitted to the rim of the wheel and a run-flat support member, the pneumatic tire having a tread surface and a hollow space, the tread surface having circumferential grooves extending in a circumferential direction of the tire, the run-flat support member being disposed in the hollow space of the pneumatic tire and having an annular shell and elastic rings, the annular shell comprising a support surface formed radially outward having a convexly curved surface portion with an annular apical line or face and two leg portions formed radially inward, the elastic rings supporting the two leg portions on the rim. The apical line or apical face of the convexly curved surface portion is offset in a direction of a center axis of rotation of the wheel so as not to be located in a position corresponding to the circumferential grooves when viewed from a radial direction of the wheel.
