    摘要: To obtain a fuel rail that maintains low hardness and good formability before being formed into a tube stock, can be made to easily form a thin absorbing wall surface, and has a high hardness and pressure resistance so as to be usable not only at a fuel pressure of 400 kPa or less, but also at a relatively high fuel pressure of 400 kPa or more. A fuel rail for port injection that is provided with a fuel pressure absorbing wall surface 1 and is used at a fuel pressure of 200 kPa to 1400 kPa. The fuel rail comprises an iron alloy that includes chemical components of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Nb, and Mo. The fuel rail has an internal volume of at least 60 cc and an amount of change in internal volume, when pressure is applied, of at least 0.5 cc/MPa. A bainitic structure can be precipitated by brazing the fuel rail in a furnace during manufacturing.

    摘要: A common rail fuel injection system includes injectors having a fuel intake port and being provided for respective cylinders of a multi-cylinder diesel internal combustion engine, a common rail accumulating pressurized fuel, a high-pressure supply pump supplying high-pressure fuel, a fuel supply pipe causing the common rail and the high-pressure supply pump to communicate with each other. The fuel injection pipes communicating with pressure supply ports provided in the common rail and causing the injectors and the pressure supply ports to communicating with each other. The fuel injection pipes cause at least three injectors to communicate with one another in series. The number NP of pressure supply ports is less than the number PI of injectors, and supply of high-pressure fuel to the respective injectors for the cylinders is performed through fuel injection pipes of two lines.

    摘要: An external control type fan clutch device has a sealed housing with a torque transmission chamber incorporating a drive disk therein. The drive disk has an oil reserving chamber. The sealed housing is supported on a rotary shaft with the drive disk fixed thereto. A valve member (armature) controls opening and closing of an oil circulating flow passage hole provided on a side wall of the oil reserving chamber. The valve member has magnetism and is actuated by an electromagnet supported on the rotary shaft for opening or closing the oil circulating flow passage hole.
