摘要: This is a device and a method for withdrawing cellulose pulp with a pulp concentration of 8-14% from a cylindrical storage tower. The storage tower has a plane bottom and with a diameter that exceeds 3 meters. A pipe is arranged through the wall of the storage tower that is parallel to the bottom of the tower and directed towards the center of the tower. The pipe has at one of its ends an obliquely cut opening that faces upwards in the tower. The pipe is attached at its other end to an MC pump to be able to pump out cellulose pulp from the storage tower.

摘要: The reactor comprises a pressurized vessel having an outlet member at its top and further including a blow line. The outlet member includes a housing that is in fluid communication with the vessel and to which the blow line is connected. A rotor is arranged in the housing for urging pulp in a direction of an inner side of the housing so that the pulp is discharged to the blow line while gas accumulates in the center of the housing. An outlet line is in fluid communication with an outlet channel for removing the gas from the center of the housing.

摘要: A process and device for mixing fluid into a pulp suspension of cellulose-containing fiber material, in which the pulp suspension is pumped in through a pump inlet, brought into rotation and, at the desired reaction pressure, mixed with the said fluid while passing through a reaction sector comprising a stator shell, a rotor which is coaxial therewith, and at least one fluid inlet, after which the pulp mixture leaves the reaction sector through a pulp outlet, in which the fluid, via the said fluid inlet, is supplied in the vicinity of the center of rotation of the rotating pulp suspension, where the local pressure in the pulp suspension is lower, due to the centrifugal force increasing radially outwards, then the reaction pressure prevailing at the periphery of the pulp suspension.

摘要: A wall means intended for apparatus for separation of a liquid-containing portion from a liquid-containing particle material which is fed through the apparatus in a predetermined direction (A). The wall means comprises a plurality of bar profiles defining continuous slots between them to allow through the liquid-containing portion. According to the invention each bar profile has on its inner side facing the liquid-containing particle material a ridge portion extending between the ends of the bar profile and being provided with two continuous guide surfaces which, as seen in a cross section of the rod profile, are inclined in relation to the drainage direction (B) of the liquid-containing portion through the adjacent slot. Furthermore, the inclined guide surfaces in their longitudinal direction are disposed to coincide with the predetermined direction of feed (A) of the liquid-containing particle material in order to influence the liquid-containing particle material to maintain this direction of feed (A).

摘要: A contact element for making an electric contact to a contact member for enabling an electric current to flow between the contact element and the contact member. The contact element includes a body having at least one contact surface thereof coated with a contact layer to be applied against the contact member. The contact layer includes a nanocomposite film having a matrix and crystallites of nano-size embedded therein. Portions of the matrix separating adjacent the crystallites of the nanocomposite film have a thickness providing the matrix and hence the film with an electrical conductivity determined by a substantially two-dimensional character of the matrix.

摘要: The invention concerns an arrangement to counteract problems associated with mixing in steam into a pipe that is transferring a flow of pulp of medium consistency. The arrangement comprises a chamber (101) with a cross-sectional area (A3), and a pre-determined length (x). The chamber (101) is in connection, upstream to the flow of pulp, with a first throttle section (107) that has a cross-sectional area (A1). The addition of steam through supply means (105) takes place in the first throttle section (107). The chamber (101) is in connection, downstream to the flow of pulp, with a second throttle section (122) that has a cross-sectional area (A2). The cross-sectional area (A3) of the chamber is greater than the cross-sectional area (A1) of the first throttle section and the cross-sectional area (A2) of the second throttle section. The decrease in area between the cross-sectional area (A3) of the chamber and the cross-sectional area (A2) of the second throttle section takes place instantaneously, in one single step.
