摘要:
Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of automatically adjusting a tension of a steel rope that comprises a guide system along which a mining elevator car moves vertically. The apparatus and the method allow the flexible guide rail to be structurally simple, convenient to process, reliable in performance, and easy to install and to maintain. The apparatus and the method allow restriction of vertical orientation and horizontal deflection, and are capable of real-time detection and automatic adjustment of the tension in the flexible guide rail of the elevator.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for automatically adjusting the tension on a mining elevator flexible guide rail. The apparatus comprises an automatic tightening apparatus (1) at the opening of the well, and a fixing apparatus (2) on the bottom of the well, respectively connected to two ends of the steel cable (3). The automatic tightening apparatus (1) at the opening of the well is connected to a hydraulic system (5) and to a tension measuring system (4). The automatic tightening apparatus (1) at the opening of the well comprises a lower retainer seat (1-14) arranged on an upper bearer beam (1-1), a tightening oil cylinder body (1-2) and a plunger thereof (1-3), a pin shaft retainer (1-11), a support frame (1-6), a fall-proof holder (1-13), a pin shaft holder (1-5), a fall-proof cable retainer (1-12), a tightening fixed cable retainer (1-10), two guide columns (1-7) and guide grooves thereof, an upper retainer seat (1-9), and a cable orientation-adjusting cable retainer (1-8). The fixing apparatus (2) on the bottom of the well comprises a fixing plate (2-3), and a fixed cable retainer (2-5).

A fabrication process of a stepped circuit board comprises A) cutting a circuit board substrate, printing patterns on an inner layer of the circuit board substrate, stepped groove milling of the inner layer, washer milling a washer between the inner layer and an outer layer, brownification and lamination processing on the inner layer, and then drilling holes on an outer layer of the circuit board substrate; B) electroplating the entire circuit board substrate by depositing copper on the outer layer of the circuit board substrate with drilled holes; C) performing pattern transfer by means of through-hole plating of the drilled holes on the circuit board substrate processed by the copper depositing and the electroplating; D) after pattern transferring, grinding a shape of a connecting piece (SET) on the circuit board substrate after the electroplating; E) plugging the drilled holes to form plug holes and printing a solder mask and texts in a silk-screen manner after forming the plug holes; F) depositing nickel immersion gold on the entire circuit board substrate, then printing characters in a silk-screen manner, thereby forming the stepped circuit board; and G) testing and inspecting an electric performance and appearance of the stepped circuit board to fabricate a finished product of the stepped circuit board.
摘要:
A sector-based base station includes at least one of a shared transmission RF local oscillator TX_LO, a shared receiving RF local oscillator RX_LO, a shared digital signal processing unit, and a shared transmission feedback unit. A technical solution of sharing an intermediate RF unit circuit in the sector-based base station is adopted, so as to reduce the number of elements used in the circuit without sacrificing the communication capacity of the base station. As such, the reliability index of a single board is improved, and the system reliability is also enhanced. Meanwhile, the material cost and the time required for debugging are both reduced; thus, lowering the cost of the base station.
