    摘要: Task flows are utilized for real-time page compositions, real-time flow compositions, or both. At design time, a plurality of task flows are provided as a database or library. A manager, or other type of user, can associate task flows with dynamic regions in an application page being designed. The application page can include one or more dynamic regions that act as a container for task flows. Metadata is generated from the customization of input parameters. At runtime, application pages are generated on-the-fly for display in a user interface. The application pages are composed according to the task flows embedded therein. The application pages are presented to the user according to an application flow. Through a user interface, the user can enter and retrieve information related to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities, or other types of activities.

    摘要: A control system for a refrigeration unit being powered by a power source and having a compressor, an inverter and an evaporator fan is provided. The control system may include a first switch configured to selectively couple the compressor with one of the power source and the inverter, a second switch configured to selectively couple the evaporator fan with one of the power source and the inverter, and a controller operatively coupled to the first and second switches. The controller may be configured to engage the first and second switches into one of a first state and a second state based on a triggering event. In the first state, the first switch may be configured to couple the compressor with the power source and the second switch may be configured to couple the evaporator fan with the inverter. In the second state, the first switch may be configured to couple the compressor with the inverter and the second switch may be configured to couple the evaporator fan with the power source.

The motion estimator comprises: a 3-D recursive search sub-component having a bilinear interpolator; a motion correction sub-component having an error-function including penalties related to the difference between a given candidate vector and a plurality of neighboring vectors; a block erosion sub-component. The motion estimator assumes that motion is constant between fields. The three-stage adaptive recursive filter comprises: a first stage that selects between using static pixels data and moving pixels data from a next field; a second stage that selects a more valid set of data between motion compensated data from a previous field and the pixels selected by the first stage; a third stage that combines an intra-field interpolation with the more valid set of data selected by the second stage.

    摘要: A computer-implemented method of sharing an online shopping cart over a computer network includes the steps of providing an electronic address of a sharee, the sharee being a person with whom the shopping cart is shared. One of a plurality of predetermined roles may be specified for each sharee, each of the plurality of roles defining privileges granted to the sharee. A password may be assigned for the shopping cart and a unique cart number and a unique sharee number may be generated and stored in a database. An electronic message, such as an email, may then be sent to the sharees' electronic addresses, the electronic message including at least the cart number, the cart password and the sharee number. The sharee may then retrieve the saved shopping cart over the computer network by supplying the cart number, the cart password and the sharee number sent in the email. The sharee may then exercise only those privileges defined by the role specified for the sharee. The roles may include, for example, “Read-Only”, in which the privileges granted consist of viewing the shopping cart, “Feedback”, in which the privileges granted consist of viewing and including comments on the shopping cart, and/or “All”, in which the privileges granted include viewing, including comments, changing and canceling the shopping cart.

    摘要: A post-quantum physical-layer encryption/decryption system based on chaotic Baseband Modulation Hopping (BMH). The baseband constellation, mapping, power level, and phase will vary symbol-by-symbol according to assigned random sequences. Pre-shared secret keys are used as the chaotic system parameters, initialization, and quantization parameters to generate the BMH codes. The BMH physical-layer encryption/decryption system can be combined with digital-domain based encryption algorithms such as AES, code-based post-quantum cryptography, and other physical-layer secure communication techniques such as Frequency Hopping (FH) and Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS). It can also be combined with Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) to provide mutual authenticated key distribution. This invention can be applied to all kinds of communication systems including wireless (radio frequency, optical, quantum channel, sonar) and wire (optical fiber, power-line, telephone line, wire quantum channel, etc.), single carrier and multi-carrier, OFDM, MIMO channels.
