    摘要: A perpendicular magnetization amorphous thin film of an alloy of samarium, cobalt and bismuth having an easy magnetizing axis perpendicular to a plane of substrate, and the preparation thereof. According to the thin film, a large saturation magnetization is obtained along an easy magnetizing direction perpendicular to the plane of substrate. The thin film can be prepared by depositing samarium, cobalt and bismuth on the substrate without any applying a bias voltage to the substrate.

    摘要: A multichannel magnetic head has magnetic circuits for respective channels, each positioned to traverse a magnetic flux to be detected and a Hall element disposed in the magnetic circuits and used as a magnetic-electric converter. The Hall element is an amorphous magnetic thin film which consists essentially of an alloy containing a rare earth element (e.g. Gd) and a transistion metal (e.g. Co). To the amorphous magnetic thin film there are connected a pair of current terminals and Hall voltage terminals. The Hall voltage terminals are provided in the same number as the number of channels.

    摘要: A multichannel magnetic head has a Hall element which is disposed in a magnetic circuit which is traversed by a magnetic flux to be detected and which is used as magnetic/electric converting means. The Hall element comprises an amorphous magnetic thin film consisting of an alloy containing a rare earth element and a transition metal. To the amorphous magnetic thin film are connected a pair of current terminals and a plurality of Hall voltage terminals corresponding in number to the number of channels of the multichannel head, and the amorphous thin film is arranged in magnetic circuits of a plurality of channels.
