    摘要: The present invention provides a process for preparing particles of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct, said process comprising: preparing a melt of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct in an inert liquid medium, dispersing the mixture of the inert liquid medium and the melt of the magnesium halide/alcohol adduct by high-speed rotation under a high-gravity field to obtain a dispersion of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct melt; and the cooling the dispersion of the melt to form the particles of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct. The present invention further relates to the particles of magnesium halide/alcohol adduct prepared by the process of the present invention and the use thereof in the preparation of catalysts for olefin polymerization.

A request is received to create a database monitor for a specific application event and in response to receiving the request to create the database monitor, the database monitor is created. Then, a request is received to monitor the specific application event within a database and in response to receiving the request to monitor the specific application event, a replicate database of the database is created. Subsequently, the database is compared to the replicate database after the specific application event occurs to identify changes in the database associated with the specific application event. A best candidate is identified for a database trigger based upon the identified changes in the database associated with the specific application event.

    摘要: Disclosed is a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component comprises a dialkoxy magnesium carrier, a titanium compound, and a product from an internal electron donor reacting in an inert solvent. Said internal electron donor compound comprises a 2,3-di-non-linear-alkyl-2-cyano succinic acid diester compound as presented in formula I: as in formula I, R1 and R2 radicals are independently chosen from linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl groups; R is chosen from C3-C6 iso-alkyl, sec-alkyl, or cycloalkyl groups. Also disclosed is another solid catalyst component. The catalyst component comprises a dialkoxy magnesium carrier, a titanium compound, and a product from an internal electron donor reacting in an inert solvent. In addition to a 2,3-di-non-linear-alkyl-2-cyano succinic acid diester compound as presented in formula I, the internal electron donor compound can also comprise 2-isopropyl-2-(3-methylbutyl)-1,3-dimethoxy propane and/or a carboxylic ester compound. Also disclosed is a catalyst containing the solid catalyst component. The catalyst is used for olefin polymerization, particularly propylene polymerization, and is relatively active during polymerization. The obtained polymer has the advantages of wide molecular weight distribution, high molecular bulk density, good hydrogen regulation sensitivity, good stereospecificity, good particle shape, and small fine powder content.

    摘要: The present invention provides a catalyst component used for homopolymerization or co-polymerization of ethylene, comprising at least one suitable electron donor compound supported on a composition containing magnesium and titanium, wherein the electron donor compound is selected from the group consisting of aliphatic ethers, alicyclic ethers, aromatic ethers, aliphatic ketones and alicyclic ketones, and wherein the composition containing magnesium and titanium is prepared by dissolving a magnesium compound into a solvent system to form a homogeneous solution and then contacting the solution with a titanium compound in the presence of a precipitation aid to precipitate the composition. The present invention also relates to a method for the preparation of said catalyst component and a catalyst comprising thereof, and to use of the catalyst in homopolymerization of ethylene or co-polymerization of ethylene with at least one C3–C8 α-olefin.
