摘要: A head-mounted display device may display a holographic element with a portable control device. Image data of a physical environment including the control device may be received and used to generate a three dimensional model of at least a portion of the environment. Using position information of the control device, a holographic element is displayed with the control device. Using the position information, it is determined that the control device is within a predetermined proximity of either a holographic object or a physical object. Based on determining that the control device is within the predetermined proximity, the displayed holographic element is modified.

摘要: Embodiments are disclosed that relate to operating a user interface on an augmented reality computing device comprising a see-through display system. For example, one disclosed embodiment includes receiving a user input selecting an object in a field of view of the see-through display system, determining a first group of commands currently operable based on one or more of an identification of the selected object and a state of the object, and presenting the first group of commands to a user. The method may further include receiving a command from the first group of commands, changing the state of the selected object from a first state to a second state in response to the command, determining a second group of commands based on the second state, where the second group of commands is different than the first group of commands, and presenting the second group of commands to the user.

For example, one disclosed embodiment includes displaying a virtual object via the display system as free-floating, detecting a trigger to display the object as attached to a surface, and, in response to the trigger, displaying the virtual object as attached to the surface via the display system. The method may further include detecting a trigger to detach the virtual object from the surface and, in response to the trigger to detach the virtual object from the surface, detaching the virtual object from the surface and displaying the virtual object as free-floating.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for obfuscating sources of internet-based content for rendering a webpage. For example, a method for obfuscating sources of internet-based content for rendering a webpage is disclosed. The method includes retrieving, by an obfuscation server, internet-based data from at least one server hosting a webpage based on a request received from a web browser at an end user device, where the internet-based data comprises at least one source identifier indicative of a server hosting content for rendering the webpage. The method also includes obfuscating, by the obfuscation server, the at least one source identifier to generate obfuscated internet-based data and transmitting at least the obfuscated internet-based data to the web browser by the obfuscation server. The web browser renders the webpage based, in part, on the obfuscated internet-based data.

摘要: Embodiments that relate to an input system for a wearable display device are disclosed. For example, in one disclosed embodiment the wearable display device comprises at least one temple arm extending from a display bridge of the device. A first touch-sensitive strip extends along a first axis on a top side of the arm. A second touch-sensitive strip extends parallel to the first touch-sensitive strip on a bottom side of the arm opposite to the top side. At least a portion of the first touch-sensitive strip and a portion of the second touch-sensitive strip overlap as viewed from a second axis. Both the first and second touch-sensitive strips are configured to generate linear contact input signals from one or more user digits sliding along the first axis, with the linear contact input signals provided to a user interface program.

摘要: An augmented reality system includes a see-through display, a sensor array including one or more sensors, a logic machine, and a storage machine. The storage machine holds instructions executable by the logic machine to display via the see-through display an activity report. The activity report includes an assessment and a classification of a plurality of tasks performed by a wearer of the see-through display over a period of time. The assessment and the classification of the plurality of tasks is derived from sensor data collected from the one or more sensors over the period of time.
