    摘要: The present invention is applied to a tribological pair comprising two metal pieces, a first of them having a movable contact surface which provides friction in relation to a respective contact surface of a second of said metal pieces. According to the present invention, the first metal piece has its contact surface defined by a coating formed: by a first surface layer in a material harder than that of the first metal piece; and by a second surface layer, disposed onto the first surface layer and in a material defining a coating which reduces the chemical affinity in relation to the contact surface of the second metal piece of the tribological pair, in order to provide, to said tribological pair, a lower friction coefficient in relation to the tribological pair deprived of said coating.

    摘要: The arrangement of the present invention is applied to a compressor which comprises a bearing hub housing a crankshaft and presenting at least a first and a second bearing portion, spaced apart by a circumferential recess. The crankshaft presents at least a first and a second support portion, spaced apart by a circumferential recess, which is offset from the circumferential recess of the bearing hub. At least one of the bearing portions and support portions has an axial extension superior to that required for radially bearing the crankshaft, the first and second bearing portions defining, with the first and second support portions, respectively, a first and a second radial bearing regions having the axial extensions required for a radial bearing for the crankshaft, presenting lower loss by viscous friction.

    摘要: The present invention refers to a crankshaft (1) for an alternative compressor comprising a main shaft (21) connected to an eccentric pin (2) by means of a peripheral flange (3) containing a lubricating hole (24) extending through said eccentric pin (2) and through at least part of the body of main shaft (21), one of the edges of said hole (24) being on the cylindrical surface (2a) of said eccentric pin (2). With this type of hole, the present invention allows for the use of shafts having extremely low diameters (and, as result, with low viscous loss), even with high eccentricities, whereby an excellent capacity of oil pumping and mechanical strength is maintained.

    摘要: A reciprocating hermetic compressor includes a cylinder block internal to a shell and carrying a cylinder and a radial bearing hub; a crankshaft vertically mounted in the radial bearing hub and carrying, inferiorly, a rotor of an electric motor and, superiorly, a support annular face and an eccentric portion. The radial bearing hub incorporates an upper tubular extension, bearing a corresponding extension of the crankshaft and around which is mounted an axial rolling bearing for supporting the weight of the crankshaft-rotor assembly, as well as the axial stresses produced during compression of the refrigerant gas.
