    摘要: An unbalanced shaft is provided that has a center of mass eccentric to its rotational axis to generate a shaft unbalance. The unbalanced shaft includes a bearing journal having a variable width throughout its circumference, and a multi-row cage having rollers which roll on inner raceways arranged on an outer lateral surface of the bearing journal. The rollers and inner raceways define a load zone, within which a width of each of the inner raceways is greater than an effective length of the rollers idling thereon. At least one of the inner raceways, which extends circumferentially for 360 degrees, has a width throughout that is greater than an effective length of the rollers rolling thereon. For sections outside of the load zone, at least one of the inner raceways has a width less than the effective length of the rollers that roll thereon.

    摘要: An electric motor having a cup-shaped motor housing for containing a shaft and a motor cover that closes the motor housing. The motor cover has a peripheral section extending essentially radial to the shaft and an inner section extending essentially axial to the shaft. The inner section at least partially, radially encloses a bearing for supporting the shaft. The electric motor is fastened to a connecting block in order to be connected to a subassembly to be rotated by the shaft. The peripheral section of the motor cover and the connecting block touch each other on at least one support. The motor housing and the connecting block are axially clamped in relation to each other by means of a clamping element. The peripheral section of the motor cover is axially connected to the motor housing in detent fashion.

    摘要: The invention is directed to an arrangement for journalling large eccentric forces which are generated by a rotating eccentric assembly. One problem associated with the bearing arrangements of these forces is that the size of the bearing is extremely large which, in turn, results in shaft speed limits that are readily exceeded. By dividing the eccentric assembly into two or more tubular eccentric weights arranged coaxially in relation to each other and journalling these in separate bearings on shaft journals connected to the structure to which vibratory motion is to be imparted, a distribution of the eccentric forces is obtained together with a reduction of the bearing dimensions. The eccentric weights are driven by means of a drive rod arranged on a drive shaft interacting with the eccentric weights. The journalling arrangement and eccentric assembly can be part of a vibration arrangement for imparting vibratory motion to the roller structure of a compactor for compacting soil, asphalt or the like.

    摘要: The built-up mainshaft has a plurality of eccentric elements secured to an elongated shaft element in end-to-end angular off-set relationship to each other. Each of the eccentric elements has integral cylindrical body and axially extending sleeve-like portions and an axially extending bore therethrough to receive therein the elongated shaft element. Each eccentric element is scored to render the cylindrical body portion thereof deformable in an inward direction toward the shaft element. A clamping means is provided for each eccentric element to coact with the scoring to effect deformation of the associated cylindrical body portion and secure the latter in torque transmitting relationship with the shaft element.In a narrower aspect of the invention, the scoring of each eccentric element comprises a radial slot extending axially the length of the bore and in the plane passing through the axis of the bore and radially, from the bore, through the wall of the sleeve-like portion and into the cylindrical body portion. A chordal slot is provided to extend in the sleeve-like portion at or adjacent the juncture of the latter and the cylindrical body portion and intersecting the radial slot.
