摘要: The present invention offers resin-coated metal plates and methods of making, in which the resin-coated metal plates prevent wicket scars from occurring during processes of varnish, print and dry, and there are few scars on the resin-coated surface, the inner surface side of the can and that have superior corrosion resistance and workability, and drawn cans using these metal plates. Therefore, resin film that is applied to the metal plates, is comprised of two layers of a crystallized saturated polyester resin layer [A] and a layer composed of resin [B] that is comprised of saturated polyester resin (i) and ionomer resin (ii), wherein the layer composed of resin [B] is laminated on the above-mentioned metal plate to tightly contact with it, and on the polar surface of the saturated polyester resin layer that is crystallized [A] a highly crystallized layer (X) is formed. A drawn can is formed using the resin-coated metal plate.

摘要: The ATP amplification method is a method for amplifying and detecting a very trace amount of exogenous ATP by allowing a fusion protein (PPK-ADK) of a polyphosphate kinase and an adenylate kinase, the fusion protein not containing ADP, to act on a mixture of ATP, AMP, and a polyphosphate compound. Also provided is an ultrasensitive ATP amplification method by which ATP at a single cell level can be amplified and detected, and an ultrasensitive microbial assay based on this ATP amplification method.

摘要: According to the invention, the rear end of a preceding metal piece and a front end of a succeeding metal piece are heated, pressed and joined prior to the finishing hot rolling. An alternating magnetic field running through the metal pieces in the thickness direction thereof is generated in an end region on opposed faces of the respective metal pieces to perform heating. Another alternating magnetic field whose direction is reverse with respect to that of the former alternating magnetic field is partially generated in the end region on the opposed faces of the metal pieces and in either a region where the metal pieces exist or a region outside width ends of the metal pieces. This assures a uniform heating of the end region on the opposed faces of the metal pieces over their full width to reliably join the both metal pieces to each other.

摘要: A first differential amplifier includes first and second transistors. A bias circuit includes a second differential amplifier, a constant-current source, and a capacitor. The bases of third and fourth transistors constituting a second differential amplifier, are connected to those of the first and second transistors, respectively. The constant-current source supplies a constant current to the third and fourth transistors, and one end of the capacitor is connected to a connection node of the constant-current source and fourth transistor. In the bias circuit, when a high-level signal is supplied to the base of the first transistor, the capacitor is charged and discharged in accordance with the operations of the third and fourth transistors, with the result that the base potential of the first and second transistors is stabilized, and the operation current flowing through the first differential amplifier is prevented from increasing.
