摘要: There is provided a piggyback type blower unit. The blower unit comprises a piggyback frame, a fan case incorporating a fan, a powder tank arranged on top of the fan case, a fuel tank arranged behind said fan case, and an engine fixed behind the fan case and on top of the fuel tank. The piggyback frame comprises hollow frame members and is connected to the suction side of the engine to form a suction path for sucking and supplying air for the engine through the suction path, or connected to the suction side of the fan to form a suction path for sucking and supplying air for the fan through the suction path. An air cleaner is inserted within the hollow piggyback frame on the suction path communicating with the suction side of the engine.

摘要: A dialysis device 1 includes a fluid circuit 2 including a water supply passage 12 for supplying purified water to a measuring chamber 11, concentrate passages 13A and 13B which join the purified water passage and are connected to dialysis solution concentrate containers 20A and 20B respectively, a branched passage 14 branched from the purified water passage, cleaning solution passage 15 for circulating a cleaning solution through the branched passage, a conductivity meter 29 as a dialysis solution detector, and a deaeration tank 34 as a gas detector. In cleaning the dialysis device, first, the concentrate passage is disconnected from the dialysis solution concentrate container and is connected to the branched passage, and a pre-cleaning process is performed in which the fluid circuit is replace with the purified water, and determining means 4a of a control device 4 determines that the fluid circulating in the fluid circuit is not the dialysis solution by using a conductivity meter, and also determines that gas is not contained in the fluid circuit by using a downward movement detecting sensor 34b in a deaeration tank, and then a main cleaning process is performed by using a cleaning solution. Incomplete cleaning due to incomplete connection can be prevented.

摘要: A stratified scavenging two-cycle engine, which enables a reduction in size and an improvement in productivity, includes a carburetor (6), which is provided between an air cleaner (7) and a suction fitting (4), wherein a mixture flow passage (6B) and an air flow passage (6A) are formed in the carburetor at least generally in parallel with each other, an air control valve (6a) is disposed in the air flow passage in the carburetor, and a mixture control valve (6b) is disposed in the mixture flow passage in the carburetor so that the carburetor and the valves (6a and 6b) constitute a single unit. The suction fitting (4), which is provided between the carburetor (6) and the closest outer face of the cylinder block (2), is a single piece and contains an air flow passage (4a), which is fluidly connected to the air flow passage (6A) in the carburetor (6) and to scavenging ports (2a) in the cylinder block, and a mixture flow passage (4b), which is fluidly connected to the mixture flow passage (6B) in the carburetor (6) and to a chamber in a crankcase (3).

摘要: An air cleaner for an engine is provided according to the invention. Said air cleaner comprises openings for communicating with atmosphere provided along a peripheral portion surrounding a suction chamber communicating with a suction port of a carburetor, a filter to cover said openings, a suction path formed along the inside of said openings, a partition wall provided to separate said suction path and said suction chamber, and a communicating path to provide communication between said suction path and said suction chamber so that the suction sound of the engine is prevented by said partition wall from propagating directly to atmosphere and reduced due to interference caused when passing through the long suction path which is located inside the filter, without reducing the area of the path through which suction air passes.

摘要: A transmission device adopted for a working tool such as a weed cutter having an engine, a rotary blade, and a gear case for supporting the rotary blade. The transmission device comprises an operation pipe for connecting the engine with the gear case, a transmission shaft disposed inside the operation pipe to transmit the torque of the engine to the rotary blade, and a bearing pipe interposed between the operation pipe and the transmission shaft. The inner surface of the bearing pipe contacts with the outer surface of the transmission shaft to support the transmission shaft rotatably. A plurality of grooves are formed circumferentially on the inner surface of the bearing pipe with predetermined intervals to reduce the contacting area thereof with respect to the transmission shaft. The transmission device further comprises a vibration isolator which is fixed to an end of the operation pipe and removably engaged with a clutch housing of the engine.

The supply quantity ratio R=qa/Qf, which is the ratio of a supply quantity qa of air flowing through the air supply flow passage (24) to a supply quantity Qf of mixture flowing through the mixture supply flow passage (20) during a suction stroke in which pressure in the crank chamber (8) is negative, is in the range of 0.7≦R≦1.4.

摘要: A stratified scavenging two-cycle engine, having excellent scavenging performance and a simple structure which can be manufactured at low cost, includes a cast cylinder block (2, 2a) containing a cylinder chamber (9) and two scavenging ports (14, 14, 14a, 14a), which are provided in opposite portions of the interior wall surface of the cylinder chamber (9). Each scavenging port (14, 14a) and the crank chamber (7) are connected via a scavenging flow passage (20) which includes a generally horizontally extending scavenging flow passage segment (22, 22a) and a generally vertically extending scavenging flow passage segment (21). Two recesses (23, 23, 23a, 23a) are provided in the outer surface of the cylinder block (2, 2a) with each recess being an outwardly directed extension of a respective horizontally extending scavenging flow passage segment. An air supply flow passage member (30, 30a) is attached to the cylinder block to cover a respective recess. Each scavenging flow passage (20) and an air supply flow passage (31) are connected through a check valve (32).
