    摘要: A pneumatic safety tire in which each sidewall portion is provided with a minimum thickness at a position E between an outer edge point A and a 65% height point B both located on each side of the tire equator, where the outer edge points A are defined as the axially outer edges of a ground contacting region on the tread surface in a standard loaded state in which the tire mounted on a regular rim and inflated to a regular pressure is loaded with a regular load, and the 65% height points B are defined as the positions at 65% height of the tire section height H from the bead base in a standard unloaded state in which the tire mounted on the regular rim and inflated to the regular pressure is kept free of load, and further the thickness of each sidewall portion is gradually increased from the minimum thickness position E toward the 65% height point B.

    摘要: In the present invention, a difference between a pressure displayed by a manometer of a compressor device and an actual internal pressure of a tire can be reduced. A compressor device (2) and a bottle unit (3) are directly connected. A cap (6) attached to the bottle unit (3) comprises a unidirectional valve (14) for preventing a reverse flow of a flat tire sealing agent to the side of the compressor device. A cylinder (12) of the compressor device (2) is provided with a pump chamber (11), and a surge chamber (18) which receives the compressed air from the pump chamber through an exhaust valve (16), wherein a volume (Q2) of the surge chamber (18) is 1.0 to 3.0 times of the stroke volume of a piston (10) in the pump chamber (11).

    摘要: This invention relates to high-speed radial tires, and more particularly to radial tires wherein the thickness ratio (Gc-Gs)/Gc, that is the ratio of the difference between the crown tread thickness Gc, which is a thickness of the tread on the equator of the tire, and the shoulder tread thickness Gs, which is a thickness of the tread of the ground contact surface at the outer edge in direction of the tire axis, to the crown tread thickness Gc is set to be 0 or more and 0.8 or less. By setting the ratio within a range of 0 to 0.8, the force Fs acting in the radial direction on the tread shoulder part, out of the total load acting to the tire, is decreased, thus, the deformation in the bead part is diminished and the permanence in the bead part can be improved. In a tire having the ratio of 0 to 0.8, by setting the angle of the belt cords to be 0 to 20 degrees, it can be used for aircraft and by setting the angle of the belt cords to be 20 to 40 degrees and the aspect ratio to be 60% or less, it can be used for high-speed passenger cars.

    摘要: A puncture repair kit has a bottle unit positioned with greater stability. A puncture repair kit includes a compressor device, and a bottle unit in which a cap is attached to an opening in a bottle container which houses a puncture sealing agent. The compressor device includes a compressed air discharge port. The cap includes an air intake port for feeding compressed air from the compressed air discharge port into the bottle container, and a sealing agent/compressed air removal port for removing puncture sealing agent and compressed air in succession from the bottle container by feeding in compressed air. When the cap of the bottle unit is oriented downwards, the air intake port is directly connected with the compressed air discharge port. When this direct connection is made, the basal plane of the cap and the basal plane of the compressor device are flush with each other.

The changeover switch 8 has an in-flow port P0 into which compressed air from the compressor 3 flows, and first and second out-flow ports P1 and P2 that are selectively changed over to communicate with the in-flow port P0. The first out-flow port P1 and the air intake port portion 7 are connected to each other by a connection hose 75. A puncture repair dedicated hose 77 is coupled to a sealing agent/compressed air ejector port portion 41 provided at the cap element 5, and a compressed air inflation dedicated hose 23 is coupled to the second out-flow port P2.
