    摘要: A wireless charging control apparatus is mounted on a power transmission side apparatus which is provided with: a power transmission unit (102); and a power transmission circuit (113, 114, 115) electrically connected to the power transmission unit and electrically connected to a high-frequency alternating current (AC) power supply (103). The wireless charging control apparatus is provided with: an obtaining device (111) configured to obtain a demand signal indicating a power transmission demand; a controlling device (111) configured to control the power transmission circuit such that electric power is transmitted at a first output voltage from the power transmission unit to a power reception unit (202) of a power reception side apparatus in such a condition that the demand signal is obtained; and a receiving device (112) configured to receive a restoration signal indicating that the power reception side apparatus in a standby state is restored to a start state.

    摘要: A thin film forming apparatus is formed of a vacuum chamber, a partition for separating the vacuum chamber, two ECR plasma generating devices provided on both sides of the vacuum chamber. A base plate is situated in the partition, and targets are disposed on both sides of the base plate in the vacuum chamber. ECR plasma is formed on both side surfaces of the base place in the vacuum chamber, and ions are caused to collide against the targets to thereby spring out atoms and to form thin films on both side surfaces of the base plate through sputtering.

    摘要: A centralized monitoring system for gas leakage in which a plurality of remote terminal units are connected by a loop line and each remote terminal units is further connected to one or a plurality of gas leakage detectors which produce analog signals representing the degree of gas concentration. Each remote terminal unit converts the analog signals from the gas leakage detectors into digitally coded block data and then transmit the block data together with an address code in time division fashion to a central monitoring station also connected to the loop line for processing the block data to provide display of the status of the gas concentration at the central station. In the transmission of the data through the loop line, a double transmission check system and a loop line switching means are employed to achieve reliable and fast data transmission.

    摘要: A compressor has a swash plate tiltable between maximum and minimum inclining angles with respect to a plane perpendicular to an axis of a drive shaft according to a difference between pressures in a crank chamber and a suction chamber. An internal gas passage includes the crank chamber, the suction chamber and a discharge chamber. The internal gas passage is connected to an external circuit separately provided from the compressor. The rotation of the drive shaft is converted to a reciprocating movement of a piston to vary a capacity of a cylinder bore. The piston compresses a gas supplied from the external circuit to the internal gas passage and discharges the gas to the external circuit. A inhibiting apparatus inhibits the circulation of the gas through the internal gas passage and the external circuit when the swash plate is located between the minimum inclining angle and a first inclining angle. The first inclining angle is greater than the minimum inclining angle of the swash plate.

    摘要: A loudness control circuit having a sound volume adjusting variable resistor with a center tap is provided. The loudness control circuit has a buffer circuit of low output impedance having an input terminal to which a sound signal is applied through a high frequency coupling capacitor. The output terminal of the buffer circuit is connected through a series circuit of a low frequency blocking capacitor, a protective resistor and a shunt resistor to the center tap of the sound volume adjusting variable resistor. The connecting point of the protective resistor and the shunt resistor is grounded through an electronic switching element. The electronic switching element is turned on and off for the on-off control of loudness.
