摘要: An odontotherapeutic hand piece is formed of a head portion, a handle portion connected to the head portion and a coupling portion arranged in continuation with the handle portion. A rotary member provided with turbine blades is accommodated in the head portion. The odontotherapeutic hand piece has a working medium conduit, which is arranged in an internal space of the coupling portion and is detachably engaged with the coupling portion for supplying a working medium to the odontotherapeutic hand piece. The head portion, the handle portion and the coupling portion are made of a material which permits integral molding. The head portion, the handle portion and the coupling portion are integrally joined together.

摘要: A process is provided for the production of a porous retainer for use in a rolling bearing for holding rolling elements. The process comprises the following steps:(1) blending a polyimide resin, which serves as a porous matrix material for the porous retainer, with another heat-resistant resin which has a forming temperature range close to the polyimide resin and, when treated with a solvent in the presence of the polyimide resin, is solely dissolved out;(2) forming the resulting resin blend into a retainer of a desired shape; and(3) treating the thus-formed retainer with the solvent, whereby the another heat-resistant resin is solely dissolved out.

摘要: Provided is a sintered bearing (1) including an inner layer (2) and an outer layer (3) formed by integral molding, the sintered bearing (1) having a bearing surface (A) formed on an inner peripheral surface (2a) of an inner layer (2). The inner layer (2) is made of sintered metal containing Fe and a hardness increasing element (such as Ni or Mo). The outer layer (3) is made of sintered metal containing Fe and no hardness increasing element. A concentration gradient of the hardness increasing element is present at an interface between the inner layer (2) and the outer layer (3).

摘要: A weld line formed by injection molding of a sealing member is formed at a circumferential position out of deepest portions of axial grooves, which form thinned portions of the sealing member (optimally, in a region of a cylindrical surface between the axial grooves in a circumferential direction). Thus, the sealing member is prevented from being provided with parts having locally markedly low strength, and hence damage to be caused by press-fitting is prevented.

A dynamic bearing device 1 is equipped with a bearing sleeve 8 fixed to the inner periphery of the housing 7, and a rotary member rotatable relative to the bearing sleeve 8 and the housing 7, in which the rotary member is supported in the radial direction and the thrust direction in a non-contact manner by a dynamic pressure action of a lubricant fluid generated in a bearing clearance. The housing 7 is formed by injection molding of a resin composition containing polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as the base resin and PAN type carbon fibers as a filler.

摘要: An object is to reduce manufacturing cost of a housing, and enable to disuse an adhesive in fixation portions between a housing and a bearing sleeve and the like. A housing 7 is made of resin material, which comprises a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) as crystalline resin blended with carbon nanotubes in a blending ratio of 2 to 35 vol % as a conductive filler, by injection molding. A bearing sleeve 8, which is inserted into the inner peripheral surface 7c of the housing 7, is secured to the housing 7 by ultrasonic welding.

摘要: A rubber composition made of a diene rubber having such excellent properties as heat resistance and mechanical strength and organopolysiloxane or fluoropolymer as a lubricating substance. The lubricating substance may contain isocyanate or cyanate groups, which will react with the hydroxy groups which exist on the surface of a filler usually applied to the diene rubber, thus securely keeping the lubricating substance in the molecular structure of the composition. A liquid diene polymer containing hydroxy groups and having a good compatibility with the diene rubber may be further added to the composition so that its hydroxy groups will react with the isocyanate or cyanate groups in the lubricating substance.The liquid diene polymer may contain epoxy groups instead of hydroxy groups, whereas the lubricating substance containing such functional groups as amino, carboxyl, hydroxy or mercapto groups so that the exoxy groups in the former and the functional groups in the latter will react with each other. The composition may further contain an isocyanate compound containing isocyanate groups, with the liquid diene polymer containing hydroxy groups. In this arrangement, the hydroxy groups in the liquid diene polymer will be replaced with the isocyanate groups, which in turn will react with the functional groups in the lubricating substance.
