Abstract:
In a heat generation unit of the present invention, a holder having an elastic force tube used for holding a film-sheet-shaped heat generation element that generates heat upon application of a voltage thereto is disposed in a container together with the heat generation element. The heat generation element is held in a predetermined position in the container by the elastic force of the holder, with electric power being supplied from power supply members thereto through the holder, so that the heat generation element can be reliably held in the container, with a partial heat generation in the holder of the heat generation element being suppressed.
Abstract:
A motor for a disc driving device having a single straight shaft for rotating a magnetic disc mounted on a hub press-fitted to the single shaft. The single straight shaft is prevented from being driven out of the hub by providing internal threads at both ends of the straight shaft for engaging first and second screws through the internal threads respectively. The first screw causes a clamper to depress a magnetic hard disc against the hub, the second screw is provided to prevent the single straight shaft from being driven out of the hub. The straight shaft abuts a first and second bearing separated by spacer means disposed under the hub in alignment with the first and second inner races of the first and second bearing.
Abstract:
A fan motor includes a static body, a rotating body that has a shaft, a hub encircling a first end of the shaft and joined with the first end, and a blade joined around an outer periphery of the hub, a sleeve that retains thereinside a portion of the shaft at a second end side, a rotating flange which encircles the sleeve and which rotates together with the hub, a static flange which is disposed in an area at a side of the first end of the shaft, and which is joined with the static body so as to overlap the rotating flange in a radial direction, a dynamic pressure generating groove provided in either one of surfaces of the static body and the rotating body facing with each other in the axial direction, and a lubricant present between the static body and the rotating body.
Abstract:
An ink refilling device including a supply portion to be connected to an ink cartridge and supply ink, an ink tank, a first connecting tube having one end connected to the ink tank, a three-way switching valve including an input end connected to the other end of the first connecting tube, a first output end and a second output end, and adapted to switch between a first flow path from the input end to the first output end and a second flow path from the input end to the second output end, a second connecting tube having one end connected to the first output end and the other end connected to the supply portion, a third connecting tube having one end connected to the second output end and the other end connected to the ink tank, and a feed pump provided along the first connecting tube to feed the ink.
Abstract:
A briquette meeting required strength that is formed in an energy-saving manner from ferrous metal working scrap, such as grinding chips, and a method of making the briquette are provided. In a briquette formed by applying a pressing pressure to a ferrous metal working scrap, the percentage by weight of grinding chips is in the range of 10 wt % to 35 wt %. Viscous water-containing grinding chips crushed to a desired size and metal working scrap, such as gear cutting chips, are mixed in a feed hopper 7, and a pressing pressure is then applied to the raw mix by use of a compression pressing machine 8 to form a briquette B of ferrous metal working scrap. The content of a grinding fluid of the viscous water-containing grinding chips is 20 wt % to 60 wt %.

Abstract:
A minute-particle iron oxide red pigment slurry is formed by adding sodium silicate to a minute-particle iron oxide red pigment slurry, and used to form a red filter formed between a phosphor layer of a color cathode ray tube and a panel thereof. Therefore, even if the red filter is brought in contact with a black matrix under the condition of a process of manufacturing the color cathode ray tube at high temperature, the red filter does not discolor the black matrix.
