摘要: Peritoneal dialysis device (10) with a balancing chamber (28), which is divided into two balancing chamber halves (32 and 34) by a membrane (30), with an introduction line arrangement (16, 20, 22, 24), a discharge arrangement (22, 24, 20, 62), a catheter line arrangement (36, 38, 42), a valve arrangement (46-52), a pump arrangement (60, 108, 110) and a control unit (82), which switches the balancing chamber halves (32 and 34) in the filling or emptying operation with the aid of the valve arrangement (46-52).The peritoneal dialysis device (10, 106) operates under pressure monitoring volumetrically in the filling phase and pressure-controlled in the emptying phase, and determines the volume of dialysis fluid introduced or discharged from the number of balancing chamber strokes and the ultrafiltration volume from the difference of these.

摘要: An apparatus for electrodepositing a layer of predetermined layer thickness has an anode supplied with DC voltage by a converter device. A programmable computer having inputs for the desired value of the layer thickness and for technological parameters, such as anode index and area factor, cyclically sums the current charge as the integral of current from digitized sampling values of the anodes current and determines therefrom the actual value of the layer thickness. When the desired thickness value is reached, the converter device is disconnected.

摘要: A method of producing a finely structured body which includes a plurality of stacked, cut sections of foil at least one of which is provided with grooves in a selected groove direction on at least one surface thereof, and which has a plurality of closely juxtaposed, channel-like perforations with high shape accuracy, true dimensions and high surface quality. The method includes: a. providing a vacuum clamping means comprised of a ground, sintered metal plate which is connected to a vacuum source and which is positioned on a work table which is movable in two mutually perpendicular directions X and Y; b. positioning a machinable foil on the ground, sintered metal plate and clamping the machinable foil thereto by applying an effective amount of vacuum; c. cutting a plurality of parallel grooves into the surface of the machinable foil by means of at least one shaping diamond positioned on a cutting spindle and adjustable in a direction Z, each groove of the plurality of grooves having a groove length, a groove width, and a cross-sectional shape that is constant over the groove length and freely selectable; d. cutting the grooved machinable foil into cut sections having selected lengths and widths; and e. stacking the cut sections, wherein the plurality of grooves have a form precision such that, for groove lengths of more than 1000 .mu.m, the groove width has an accuracy of about +1 .mu.m for land widths which equal or exceed about 15 .mu.m.

摘要: A method of producing a finely structured body comprised of a plurality of stacked, cut sections of foil at least one of which is provided with grooves. A machinable foil is wrapped around a cylindrical mandrel of a lathe to overlap opposing edges. The overlapped edges are clamped into an axial recess of the cylindrical mandrel by means of a clamping means and a plurality of grooves cut into the surface of the foil by means of at least one shaping diamond positioned in a feed which is finely adjustable. The plurality of grooves each have a groove length, a groove width, and a cross-sectional shape that is constant over the groove length and is freely selectable. Then, the grooved machinable foil is cut into cut sectoins and the cut sections are stacked. The plurality of grooves have a form precision such that, for groove lengths of more than 1000 .mu.m, the groove width has an accuracy of about .+-.1 .mu.m for land widths which equal or exceed about 15 .mu.m. Alternately, the machinable foil may be stretched over a vacuum clamping means comprised of a ground, sintered metal plate positioned on a work table which is movable in two mutually perpendicular directions X and Y and a plurality of grooves cut into the surface of the machinable foil by means of at least one shaping diamond positioned on a cutting spindle and adjustable in a direction Z.
