    摘要: An arrangement is proposed for forming a piezoelectric actuator, which has at least one piezoelectric element that in each case consists of a multi-layer structure of piezoelectric-layers, wherein internal electrodes arranged between the piezoelectric-layers in the direction of the build-up of the layers of the piezoelectric element, have an electrical voltage of different polarity alternately applied to them. Around the piezoelectric element, or in the case of multiple piezoelectric elements positioned in series in the activation direction, around the piezoelectric elements, and at least partially around the actuator head and the actuator foot there is arranged a covering system made from at least one layer of an insulating material. The at least one layer encloses the joints between the piezoelectric element or elements and the actuator head and the actuator foot, forming a seal.

    摘要: A piezoelectric actuator is proposed, having a plurality of piezoelectric elements that are stacked on top of each other. Piezoelectric layers between each of which an inner electrode having a polarity alternating within the layer structure is provided. Outer electrodes are present at two opposing lateral surfaces, through which the inner electrodes are supplied with an electric charge. From each outer electrode at least one conductive fuse bar is directed to these inner electrodes, preferably in the inactive region, for contacting each of these inner electrodes that are associated with the polarity. The fuse bar forms an electric resistance cross-section to the respective inner electrode with the respective contact surface. In case of high current flow, the respective fuse bar blows, thus forming a fusible cut-out.

    摘要: The fuel injection valve (16) has an injection valve member (24), by which at least one injection opening (26) is controlled. The motion of the injection valve member (24) is influenced by a control valve (18), which has a control valve member (62) by which the pressure in a control pressure chamber (48) is controlled and which is movable by an adjusting force generated by a piezoelectric actuator (80) and in the process control the communication of the control pressure chamber (48) with a relief chamber (12). The control valve (18) has two valve seats (60, 74), spaced apart from one another in the direction of motion of the control valve member (62), with which seats the control valve member (62) cooperates, each with a respective sealing face (66, 69) disposed on it, so that the control valve member (62) has two closing positions, in which the control pressure chamber (48) is disconnected from the relief chamber (12). When the control valve member (62) is not in one of the two closing positions, the control pressure chamber (48) does communicate with the relief chamber (12). With a motion of the control valve member (62) between its two closing positions, a brief opening of the fuel injection valve (16) is made possible.

    摘要: The invention relates to a common rail fuel injector having an injector housing with a fuel inlet in communication with a central high-pressure fuel reservoir outside the injector housing and with a pressure chamber inside the injector housing. A control valve assures that a nozzle needle lifts from a seat when the pressure in the pressure chamber is greater than the pressure in a control chamber that communicates with the fuel inlet via an inlet throttle. The control chamber is defined by a bush that is displaceable, causing a sealing action, on the end of the nozzle needle remote from the combustion chamber and that is kept in contact against the injector housing with the aid of the nozzle spring.
