    摘要: An electric machine has a stator which carries a polyphase coil winding, wherein coil ends are connected in a predetermined manner to a plurality of electric connection conductors. The electric machine comprises a power connection unit having a plurality of terminal conductors which are constructed separate from the connection conductors and which by a first end portion are bondingly connected or connectable to the connection conductors and by a second end portion are connected or connectable to the electrical energy source. The power connection unit is constructed as a plastic composite element, in which the terminal conductors are embedded at least over a portion of their length in a plastic shell so as to be spaced apart from one another, and wherein first end portions of the terminal conductors project out of the plastic shell.

The coating includes heating at least a portion (14a) of the wire (14) to an operating temperature for inducing a temperature increase in the coating material before the coating material is deposited over substrate (12).

    摘要: A housing for a component of an exhaust system, in particular for an exhaust gas purification device, has an envelope that comprises a shrunk clamping portion for the component, a transition portion that adjoins the clamping portion in an axial direction, and a connecting portion that adjoins the transition portion in the axial direction. The diameter of the connecting portion is larger than that of the clamping portion. A method of producing the housing for the component includes providing a tubular envelope, and inserting the component into the envelope. A shrinking step is then carried out in the clamping portion which terminates spaced apart from ends of the envelope as viewed in the axial direction, whereas the axial ends of the envelope are not acted upon.

    摘要: The invention relates to an evaporator arrangement with a crucible, wherein the crucible is divided into at least two zones, each of which is heated to different temperatures. The first zone is a melt-down zone and the second zone the evaporation zone proper. The evaporator arrangement is preferably for the evaporation of metals. If metals are evaporated, a metal wire is preferably guided into the melt-down zone. However, metal alloys can also be evaporated thereby that one or several metal wires comprised of different materials are guided into the melt-down zone. Between the melt-down zone and the evaporator zone a heating zone may be provided.

The at least two control units have a first program level, to which are allocated programs which calculate the control function, as well as a second program level including programs that monitor the functional reliability of the programs of the first program level. The first control unit is connected to at least one component which may be used to acquire data, for example, controlled variables. The data acquired by the component or further data determined with this data may be transmitted from the first control unit to the second control unit over a single connection in a secure manner, and the data and the data transmission are secured separately in the first and second program levels such that errors in the data and the data transmission may be detected.
